An up-and-coming speedster sensation among Equinoxx’s air racing aficionados, Thornton’s been on a fast and breezy ride to the top these last few years. He’s recently bested the continent’s fastest pilot in a VERY high profile rally, and with that under his belt he’s been netting sponsorships and adoring fans left and right (he can’t thank his encouraging new manager enough—man, she’s so cool!) He’s quick with a joke and takes any challenge on with a wink and a smile, and this playful, confident public appearance does him all the favors he could ask for—he’s become quite the equine heartthrob!

Friendly, shameless, and a bit ditzy, Thornton tends to act more like an undergrad frat boy than a reasonable, professional adult, but he never seems to mind too much. He enjoys an ice cold beer and a nice loud party, and thanks to the nature of his Starvehorn magic—sapping the energy from others to recharge his own vim and vigor—he’s never lacking in dynamic presence (though some would say this makes him insufferably annoying.) But underneath his big grins and brazen attitude, there seems to be more insecurities than he would ever care to admit. The youngest son in a family of racers, Thornton’s more than happy to carry on the Highthrill legacy, but sometimes he desperately feels like he should be doing more to earn to his family’s full respect. He just doesn’t know what that “more” is.

He loves to laugh! Whether or not his braying guffaw is fun for anyone else to listen to is up for debate.
