Parfait is a very cooperative and obedient male who seldomly talks back. This makes working with him simple and easy as he isn't the sort to argue with authority. He follows the rules and never challenges them; as a result, he enjoys group work. He often prefers to rely on the word of others because he lacks trust in his own judgment. He is a follower rather than a leader, and he wants to be led by someone other than himself. He may, however, assume command when the situation demands it.
Parfait isn't much of a talker, but he isn't completely quiet either. Even if he is a little awkward at first, he can engage in conversation with others. For the most part, he's a pleasant person to be around. He enjoys assisting patients at the hospital, especially the elderly and small children, who he considers to be the most purest to him. He has a strong sense of sympathy towards others, but he is lacking in empathy and experiences trouble feeling for other people. This doesn't seem to bother him though as he still views himself as a good person despite it. He will, however, be ruthless against those who leave a negative impact on him. He has previously allowed several patients to die due to their lack of respect for him. Though, he occasionally chooses the "nice" route and does not let them die. Instead, he infects them with food poisoning or HIV through blood transfusion. Unfortunately, the patients he sees can be quite vulgar. He also interacts with perverted men or women, which irritates him to no end. He'll politely request that they leave him alone, but if they persist, he'll let them suffer.
He'll lowkey spit in rude people's drinks or spike it with drugs. He has no boundaries when it comes to what he can do to bad people.

Parfait and Casper go way back, all the way to when they were in kindergarten. They share both good and horrifying memories together from the past and present. Regardless, their bond is still as strong as ever. They were next door neighbors as children, living in the same neighborhood with their homes right next to each other. They still do live relevantly close and keep in touch daily. Parfait often gets Casper to cover for him whenever he's off to kill an unfavorable patient. The two also clean up any blood Dr. Bean leaves behind after a unsuccessful surgery.
Parfait definitely thinks Choku is too cute for words. He sometimes finds himself touching his ears (with consent) or complimenting Choku on his appearance. Parfait enjoys the little talking sessions Choku brings his way. But being the awkward doofus that he is, Parfait often stutters or goes off topic when talking with him but the more bonding he did with Choku the more comfortable he felt around him. He began to stop his stuttering and was able to hold a proper conversation with him, that way Choku didn't have to deal with Parfait's socially awkward nonsense.
Choku often offers Parfait a coffee on the house before his shifts, in which Parfait is more than thankful for the lovely gratitude. Parfait works long hours at the hospitals so he definitely appreciates the hospitality. Since he's super busy on the weekdays (and Saturdays), he tries to make up for lost time by taking Choku out to lunch on him or giving gifts to him the next time Choku visits. He keeps all of the cute hair pins Choku makes for him in a special box so he'll never lose them, he even wears a few of them to work and gets a ton of compliments because Choku makes the best hair accessories.
The two are pretty much acquaintances. They don't really communicate outside of saying "good morning." Parfait was one of the first people to notice Chiffon's depression and self-harm habits. He was concerned and suggested Chiffon to see a therapist. He recommended his friend Casper to see and Chiffon eventually agreed to it. It did take some time convincing Chiffon to seek help, considering his aggression and in denial towards his poor mental health.
