The Crowned Vessel

The vessel known as Creak lives at the top of the Crystal Peak, the place known as Hallownest's Crown. They consider themselves a novice treasure hunter. At some point, the native crystals began to infect their form. Although this doesn't directly harm or affect the vessel, it affects their spells in strange ways. Although they still lack a true voice, when they attempt to communicate, the crystals embedded in their body hum and "sing" faintly. They wield a pickaxe instead of a nail, and stick to well-lit places. They know very little about the Radiance, unaware of her history, her involvement with the infection, or even her name; they only know that they find comfort in the statue of her at Hallownest's Crown, and consider the statue to be their "guardian angel."
