The Tormented Vessel

Born to be discarded and raised in misery, this vessel has lived a life fraught with tragedy. As an imperfect vessel, they were originally to be discarded in the abyss, only to be "saved" by a traitor from the Soul Sanctum, who believed the Pale King's secret project could be the key to understanding the mysteries of soul. They grew up among the Follys and Mistakes, and were subject to constant observation, until the King discovered the situation, banishing the traitor responsible and returning Fault to the same fate as their siblings. Eventually they escaped, fleeing to the Crystal Caverns. Although lonely and depressed, they were to afraid to trust other bugs. They struggle with seemingly endless nightmares and daymares of their past trauma. Either due to some flaw in their creation or their deep-seated fears, shades seem to be lured towards Fault.
