PROFILE
Arch is a wandering guardian of existence, blessed by powerful god(s) that created it. Many thought of him as the personification of a god during his journeys, but his humble existence denies such an accusation. He continues to walk along the paths besides many mortals, whether they side along good or evil. However, Arch is no judgmental man and he tries to get along with many. Even demons, he is neither afraid or looks down upon. He merely wishes to see good light and a proper balance within everything and everyone.
He is most likely there when good luck prospers, or rather when a miracle takes place before or after. He simply provides a blessing whenever it's necessary.
...But when people want to see for him... you may find him in his shared home and business: A darling little teahouse whose doors are open to everyone.
PERSONALITY
Arch is notably more sympathetic to the humans than other higher beings, possibly owing to his status as an Angel. As such, he sees it as his responsibility to safeguard them, even if it means opposing to his own kind. During his time with the humans, he got along with all different kinds of people, a cause of his lack of judgments upon those who did wrong or good. He would also learn first-hand of humanity's stubborn defiance in the face of impossibility as well as their refusal to give up hope, thus how he greatly looks up upon those below his status.
When he is rather sad or generally upset or disappointed, Arch still sports his gentle smile, regardless of how he is treated. When he first became an Angel, he was different in preference of how he treated others or those who view the world differently. Over time, however, the constant battles that the humans fought eventually causes him to reconsider his path, to the point where he believes himself to be a fool for even questioning why they would still defy the inevitable.
ARTIST NOTES
- Arch Angel cannot see with the five eyes on his head. He is capable of seeing with the ornate spheres that hover around him (and the 13 eyes on his halo). Without these orbs or the halo, he is likely to be blind.
> There is another pair of eyes under the two anatomically placed ones. They are always half-opened.
> Can remove the halo and the floating eyeballs, it's just that he can't see.
> Said spheres don't limit to just two. An infinite amount of them can be summoned anywhere and everywhere.
> Both orbs, his three blind eyes, and his halo glow a brilliant gold. - He usually wears the fur coat over his shoulders. Rarely that he uses the sleeves lmao.
> Wears white half-gloves. - Typically he stands at six feet, but he has the power to change his height and weight.
- Always smiling, mostly the gentle one.
> Hair is a platinum blonde, almost white but isn't. - Arch would never blink. Only the spheres do. His eyes are just a never ending pit of white light.
> He is worried about it scaring others, hence he does try to blink like a normal human being.
> Poking into his eyes would just phase through, like inserting a stick or a finger into a hole. - Has a very echoey voice, but changes it to refrain from scaring mortals.
PALETTE
Uriel • Husband
"Uriel, my dear. I've told you that not all angels are entirely pure."
Uriel, for sure, he's for sure that he's met this man before in his life. Perhaps it was just meant that they were to stay together longer for a lifetime.
He never noticed. Or actually, he never acted like he noticed anything regarding his feelings towards Arch. Arch Angel considers Uriel a splendid man and sees him as a valuable partner to work with and more cautious than his own self. Because of Arch and how he somehow irradiates kindness, it brings the most unnecessary if not dangerous kinds of individuals - and Uriel seems rather dedicated to protect Arch from any danger.
He's very appreciative of his work and wants to return the favor in some way, but Arch wants to take his time and wait for Uriel to finally open himself up to Arch. Eventually Uriel gives into his desires and Arch is more than willing to return the same love and affection he receives from his longtime partner.
Mephistopheles • Ally
Mephisto is a demon, but for some reason Arch Angel has seen the good intentions of his bothersome habits and he rather much appreciates his work. He'll see the demon in the most unexpected places, but Arch is more than willing to give him a hand whenever he's in a rather struggling predicament. Surprisingly enough, the demon does the same.
However, after a few more encounters, the both figured it was fine for them to keep in contact. From there, Arch gifts him a small item (in the shape of an eye, of course), so he can keep an eye on him every once in a while. And Mephisto, who doesn't necessarily like to be in very white and bright places, he finds himself hanging around in his tea house once in a blue moon.
Lan Turner • Friend
Him and Lan have a couple things in common, but Arch's favorite thing about the two of them is talk about how wonderful humans are! They'll sit around to speak of different stories that they experienced on their own, and together they'd speak about how they learned about it. He merely appreciates Lan's wellbeing and his rather good guidance for others in the deepest of dark days. Especially with him around, Arch Angel rarely has to worry unless he is in trouble.
Except for one day, which makes Arch terrible disappointed in himself. Where he failed to protect dear Lan from near death. Every time he shifts into a human, that scar will remain on his face forever and the angel would only feel saddened at the single thought of it.
Backstory
[WIP]. Something along the lines of being born a blind man with a heart of gold, but reinarcnated into an angel.
Story Now
[Also WIP]. He likes to help people and owns a teahouse for all kinds of people.

- He's too nice.
- Arch doesn't necessarily fight, even if he is capable, he typically likes to flee or subdue his enemies. Therefore when he does fight, he just literally dance around his opponents in circles.

- Aside from saving everyone and everything from being wiped from existence, he owns a teahouse business.
> Milk tea is his specialty. Along with seasonal fruity scones and bread pudding.

> Regardless of what the eye transforms into, he can always see out of it. There's always a marking of an eye somewhere if it was an object. - Arch Angel will honestly say that that he isn't so entirely pure but as an Angel he still does good nonetheless.
> Will gladly list off all the things that he's done that is considered impure. - Whenever he appears, it's quite typical that his partner, Uriel, will be by his side.
> Uriel is quite protective of Arch, solely because Arch is just too nice that he fails to see the dangers his kindness does to people.
> He may be blind but he's rather attentive to Uriel to know the angel's feelings towards Arch despite he tries hard to hide it.
