Foster

AWOL Celestial on the mortal coil and bored out of his mind. His departure to the human lands was a bit strained; he absolutely fudged his way into the position disingenuously. He immediately shirks all of his duties and gets up to all sorts of activities that are absolutely against the spirit of protecting Order amongst the mortals. During his less-than-proper escapades he keeps encountering an Infernal by coincidence, and is struck by an excellent idea - why not strike a deal with her? Originally intending on scamming the Infernal out of powers for very little consequence, the two instead hit it off and start hanging out to make mischief.

As a part of their contract, Foster and Bunny trade each other the usual celestial and infernal powers. Normally, though, these powers are for mortals, and they can only use so much magic before exhausting themself - conveniently preventing any of them from going too far. Foster has no such limits and it slowly but surely goes to his head. He begins to not just cause trouble but instead to get legitimately violent, delighting in vicious chaos and seeking the thrill of more and more excessive feats of destruction. With unlimited abilities at his disposal he's nigh unstoppable by any normal person; human, celestial, or infernal, and news travels slowly to the other planes.

He's high on his newfound power and not ready to stop at any cost. Even despite their differences, both Celestials and Infernals value human life and don't think its acceptable to hurt anyone; but Foster is lost in his head and doesn't seem to care. He pushes Bunny away as she tries to stop him. He's the strongest and nobody gets to tell him what to do.

Foster is arrogant and absolutely itching to be a delinquent. He's so, so tired of regimen and having to be perfect and wants some breathing room to have fun and make friends and learn more than what he's allowed.
