In this alternate reality, Luka is faced with immense grief after his then boyfriend Coda Hsiao is murdered and his other partner drifts away from him. He moves to live with Armaan and Willa Mae Price in order to have some amount of support through these difficult times. However, at this time, Armaan is a vessel for the evil entities, the Ones Above, and because of this, they use Luka's vulnerable and fragile state to their advantage. Over time, they gradually manipulate the grieving olm until he eventually succumbs to the wants of the Ones and becomes a vessel for them himself. Over this process, to prove his devotion to the Ones, he gives up his light orb (causing him to revert back to his human form) and cuts off a finger.
(Note: Designs in the gallery are slightly outdated, his general look is the same but I think his hair would be a deep red or at least have red streaks in it.)
