Design Notes:

• Sparkle Eyes
  • Extra-shiny eyes with black irises and yellow sparkle pupils
• Yellow "V" markings glow
• Tiny and a bit chunky
• Always wearing some kind of award (the blue ribbon medal is the default)
• When agitated or over-excited, they often become surrounded in "Flames of Victory" (which make them look a bit like a winged fireball)
  • They're an illusion, not real fire, so they can't burn anything
  • Exact flame placement varies -- the only ones that're always more-or-less the same are the wings
  • They can turn them on and off at will

Character Notes:

• Got kicked out of Law School within a week, so now they're pursuing a PhD in History instead
• Is actually very embarrassed about being a sore loser, but they're not sure how to be a more gracious loser
• Loves challenging children at the library to weird competitions, beating them, and laughing at them when they lose. For some reason, several of the children love this and come to the library specifically to get their butts kicked by a tiny, over-the-top paralogos.
