Frostbite

Frostbite's back story is long and complicated, I'll sum up some random events here for now. 

Frostbite was born from a scandalous pairing, Ares, a loner tempted away the Tombstone alpha's childhood sweetheart Lilac in a whirlwind secret romance. Ares left Lilac heavy with pups leaving her only two choices - own up to her infidelity and live with the consequences of hurting her longest friend or run away with Ares to a life of excitement and not have to see the expression on her sweetheart's face when he finds out his heart is broken. 

She chose Ares and after a time of fun and romance Ares eventually took her to a secluded and steep mountain side to have the pups.
After and leading up to when the pups were born Lilac became emotional, needy and less responsive to Ares's stupid ideas - perfectly reasonable for a pregnant mother.
Ares however decides she was no fun anymore and went off her. After only a week of the pups being born he left for several days, leaving Lilac alone on the mountain without any food.
As she was taking care of the pups she could not leave the cliff for much time to look for Ares, but she risked it anyway in her desperation. 

When she got upset at him for leaving he behaved very aggressively towards her, a far cry from the charming goofball she had fallen for.
He continued the pattern of getting annoyed at Lilac and leaving her alone until one day they had a huge fight over it. Lilac (correclty) berated Ares for being a terrible mate and father to which Ares responded to by calling Lilac 'clingy' for not wanting to be left to starve.
The argument got so heated that Ares, in a fit of rage, mauled Lilac's front leg to shreds. 

Ares left for several more days after this but returned with a huge deer carcass as an apology. Lilac - injured to the point where she could no longer leave the small cliff-edge - was forced to accept it. 

This created a pattern, of Ares berating and bullying Lilac (though he never physically attacked her again), leaving and then apologising with a grand gesture. Lilac couldn’t do anything about this situation as she was literally trapped on the cliff and forced to rely on Ares. She could smell he was with other she-wolves when he left - he made no attempt to disguise this. 

When the pups got older Ares started to become interested in them.
There were two - Sun and Snow. Sun was much more reserved while Snow was the type to always be into everything, always asking questions, always on the go.
Ares made himself the favourite amongst the two pups, Lilac had to do the majority of the care for the two pups - but it was when Ares returned that they got fed and played with, thw two things thye most cared about.
Lilac couldn’t feed the pups herself and she was often too ill and depressed to play with them properly so when Ares came it was better. She was also the only one who disciplined them, further proving to the pups that Ares was the 'fun' parent.
Ares would also insult Lilac to the pups, and encourage them to parrot the things he said about Lilac towards her.
He convinced the pups that their mum was ‘annoying’ and ‘boring’ and generally no-fun. He even twisted the story of him injuring her to make it seem like Lilac had intentionally forced Ares to bite her because she was lazy and wanted an excuse not to hunt.
He encouraged them to disobey Lilac - they would often climb down the cliff to avoid being disciplined, washed or taught by their mother, they would laugh as Ares told them she was too stupid and lame to follow them. 

With Ares the clear favourite of the pups despite never being there Lilac became even more depressed. She would often limp aimlessly around the cliff in circles, ignoring the pups.
The pups grew increasingly rebellious, rude and aggressive, Snow started to get an appetite for trouble that greatly resembled his father's, and Sun was all too happy to follow along.
At this point they were a united front, Snow leading their games but Sun largely winning them. They scrapped over everything but still did everything together, they were inseparable.  
As they grew to be teenagers, bored of the cliff den, they started sneaking out from the den and trespassing on another pack’s territory. 

This was the pack Ares had been spending the rest of his time with. The scandal of him running off with the alpha’s mate was well known, however he was happy not to inform the pack that he was the wolf in the story. He was slowly working his way into the pack, manipulating and charming various members. He had recently gotten very close with the alpha and was working on convincing her to give him a leadership position - while also having an affair with her.

Eventually, on one particularly overconfident venture into the territory the pups were found while Ares was with the alpha.
The wolves who found them took them straight to the alpha’s den - where the pups walked in on Ares being romantically affectionate towards the pack alpha. 

Before becoming more depressed Lilac had made sure to teach the pup’s Adolpha’s values - especially about being loyal to your mate because she didn’t want her pups to make the same mistakes she did.
Walking in on their father breaking the values they instinctually knew to be right was confusing for the pups - and polarising.

Sun was horrified by Ares, he had always been slightly more sympathetic towards his mother, seeing Ares breaking one of Adolpha's values that had been drummed into him forced him to reconsider everyhting about his father. After this event he saw the events of his childhood differently and saw Ares for what he was - a massive dick and a complete heretic to Adolpha. 

Snow however... Snow had a different reaction. He practically worshipped the ground his father walked on, loving every tricky little thing he ever did and was completely engrossed in the stories Ares would tell of his exploits in 'fucking up pack life'. Seeing Ares being unfaithful only increased Snow's admiration of his father, he saw it that Ares was so cool and independent that even Adolpha’s rules didn’t matter to him. 

After much confusion and drama Sun and Snow stood between their father - disgraced and kicked from the pack - and their mother stranded on the cliff.
Snow knew immediately he wanted to join Ares, to see his work in action and follow alongside him. He saw an opportunity to do something exciting and follow in Ares's pawsteps and so he chose Ares. He didn't even ask his brother, just stated his intentions and walked towards his dad. Yet Sun didn't follow, this time he was choosing his own path. 

The brothers both tried to reason with each other.
Snow couldn't understand why Sun would want to go back tot heir boring and lame mother, to live on the cliff with no real opportunities or excitement.
Sun couldn't understand why Snow would want to follow their heretic father, or why he'd want to leave their poor mother alone to starve, trapped on the cliff.
Neither could make the other see their side and so they parted ways, Sun in huge disappointment of his brother, Snow in anger. 

Ares and Snow then go on to join another pack and fuck up the power system there.
Ares teaches Snow his ways, how to be charming, how to look for weak spots in packs, etc

Snow assists Ares in his quests for power and chaos until Snow decides he's had enough of fucking things up. All Ares wants to do is go in, ruin things for everyone and leave.
Snow wants real power.
He leaves Ares in quite the argument, someone changes his name to Frostbite and he starts his climb to power. 

Then stuff happens idk
Frostbite tries to obtain power in one pack by using another wolf to make himself look better (Ragen!), however Ragen is not suitable for what Frostbite wants to do and it backfires and Frostbite leaves, embarassed.
He joins another pack, tries the same thing again, it doesn't really work, again.
He joins Tombstone, achieves power (delta?) > Ares comes by, causes trouble, murders several wolves and falls in a frozen river, getting dragged under the ice. Frostbite is torn between keeping favour with his pack and saving his father. He hesitates to save Ares, worried about the social repercussions. He can see his father begging him from under the ice to save him but he hesitates too long. In his head he's thinking that Ares will surely understand that Frostbite can't save him... for popularity's sake. Eventually he does try to save Ares but by the time he breaks the ice it's too late and his father's body is a dead weight, slowly sinking in the current as Frostbite fails to drag him out. He fails to save his father yet still incurs the huge social penalty for trying - he is outed as Ares's son, kicked out from his position as Delta and disgraced into being an omega. He remains an omega for two years, quietly plotting until Crow joins the Tombstone pack and Frostbite knows he has found the perfect wolf for his plans...

Yeah it's long I can't be bothered rn

He meets Crow, becomes friends under the guise of training him, really just uses him for his dirty work and making himself look better > Crow meets Ragen, one of Frostbite's previous victims of a similar scheme, Ragen convinces Crow to help him attack Frostbite > Crow hesitates and the plans are discovered by Frostbite, who gets away with only a small nip from Crow. He gloats about how stupid Crow and Ragen are for thinking they could defy him... but then he starts to feel very sick > he fucking dies lol > WIP

Frostbite doesn't really like to think about the wolves he's killed. He regrets some of his killings but doesn't reflect on them.
He doesn't hold onto his fathers death either, preferring instead to try and forget it ever happened.
Therefore no-one really inhabits his soul realm. He is too selfish to feel enough guilt to go there himself.

However he gets very well acquainted with Crow's soul realm...
