Backstory:


Pepper was adopted by a pair of really sweet gay men, Anton and Jeremy Sparks. She grew up learning all about what it means to love and be loved in a world where people judge you for a long list of things you usually don't have much control over. She's only just realized she's allowed to not be particularly interested in boys, because she loves her dads but hadn't ever really connected to any other men. She's very excited about it.

She wants to be a librarian when she grows up, with a side career of writing books or plays, just for something creative to do with her time. She's been drawing all her life, but she's never been satisfied with her results and doesn't really think people would like her art, so writing is a safe avenue to pursue, because even if you're bad at it, someone will still get a kick out of it. And if you're bad enough, you can end up on internet lists of funniest fail writers, and that's definitely success in its own way.

Living in Seaford is incredibly boring, for a city known for having a high rate of disappearances and suicides. Pepper hasn't felt any sort of excitement at all while they've lived here, and it's really been getting to her. Her fathers' insistence that she stay on the straight and narrow path and don't stray too far from """safety""" just makes her chafe at their regard and hold. 

For a couple months, her dads take her on a trip. Anton has distant family in Iceland that was willing to let the three of them stay on their property, and aside from Pepper accidentally over packing clothes fit for winter instead of the sort of brisk, more temperate climate that is typical of Iceland in the spring and summer, it's a pretty great trip. She meets a green cat thing, and even if she has been feeling a little less cooped up, the only thing that comes to mind when it asks her for a wish is a request for freedom.

It works out, in the end.

Teleportation! But Pepper needs to know exactly where she's going, she doesn't want to miss and end up in between the walls or in the middle of an ocean.

👑 Butterfly's Bow: A yellow and orange longbow with a golden butterfly molded onto the top of the upper limb. 

👑 Pole Vault Spear: A golden spear with orange accents, used primarily as a platform for leaps.

👑 Butterfly Knife: yellow and orange knife that can be flipped closed.

👑 Pitchfork: Golden trident, Pepper likes hanging off of it.

👑 Skip-it spike-ball: A 90s toy knockoff with a violent twist, Pepper can use it as intended or as a normal mace with a weird handle.

👑 Butterfly's Bayonet: an orange rifle with golden detailing, and a white-gold blade attached the end of the barrel.

Attacks:  

Prize Shot | 1d12 | Attack | An attack that lets you pin down an opponent and lets anyone after you get an advantage on that opponent. When it's your next turn the advantage is ended. Can be used twice in a battle but has a cool down of 5 rounds

Mark | 1d4 | Special | d4 damage to a single opponent, the opponent then cannot hide for two rounds. In those two rounds, you have advantage against that opponent, and even stealth will not hide them from you specifically.

High Point  | 1d10 + ½ Stm | Stamina | A magi leaps up high up in the air and lands on an existing point on in the labyrinth if none a magic platform will appear under them. This lasts for 4 rounds and has a cool off of two rounds. Can not take a magi up with them.

Charged Shot | 1d8 | Attack | No d20, you start this attack on one turn and roll damage on the next. Must not be hit while charging. (Best to leap before using it)

Follow Through | 1d10 | Attack |  When attacking a marked target, this shot can stun that target for 2 rounds. For unmarked targets, it attacks but does not stun.

Dive Bomb | 2d8 | Attack |  After using leap/grapple/some other move to gain height, leap down on an opponent and deal damage from above. You have advantage for this attack.

Gambit | 2d10+1/2 stat | Attack | No d20, magi hits an opponent guaranteed, but cannot move for two turns afterwards, they can only use passive attacks except for grapple. add half your attack stat to the 2d10 damage dice 

Head Shot | 2d6 | Special | A hit that's right in the head of your opponent, you get advantage on this attack so roll two d20s to attack. Will stun them for two rounds if a nat 20 its an insta kill on anything but a witch. 

Wish move:

Teleport Spam | d4×d12 | Attack | Pepper pops in and out of place all over the labyrinth, shooting a single target from as many vantages as she can get. Stuns a single target for 2 rounds. (Roll a d4 for dmg, and the d12 to see how many times she teleports and attacks).

Vet Move:

Multi-Shot | 1d20 × 1d10 | Special/Attack | Several shots will be fired off at once. Can only be used once in a battle

👑 Teleportation must be triggered by Pepper wanting to go to a specific place, and actively accessing her magic to do so. She cannot think of a place and suddenly find herself there. 

Ways to trigger teleportation:
👑 Saying the phrase "I wanna go to ", the location MUST be specific, such as the bathroom on the main floor of Belladona's house.  
👑 Thinking about a specific location and thinking about getting there with magic, such as wanting to fly to the tallest building in Seaford. She would find herself on the roof of whatever building she knows to be the tallest.

👑 Extended Zodiac Caprigo (Prospit/Space/Capricorn) ((Knight of Space, one who exploits change or exploits with change. Knights of Space have interests in Art or Fashion, they're especially good at using odds and ends in creative ways.
