Likes: The mall, pop music, drama, fashion, dancing, karaoke, gossiping, and famous space captains.

Dislikes: "losers", homework, her natural hair color, not knowing all of the gossip, being excluded, and "weirdos".

Personality: Veronica is rather self-centered, believing strongly that she and  everything she likes is popular and that everything she doesn't like is lame. However, despite all her talk about the "popular kids", she spends an awful amount of time around the main characters of the story. It's possible that despite her very unpleasant attitude toward them, she considers them to be her friends. Good luck getting her to admit that though. She also is very competitive and will often take up bets with the other characters.

Home: Animal Planet: Miniman Town

History: Veronica was born in Miniman Town to wealthy parents, and is the oldest child in her family. She has a younger sister (Pippa) and has unknown relation to Pluff-truff (they appear to be family, but he's a dog and everyone else is cats...). At a young age she grew to dislike her natural pink hair and began dying it black, which was only step one in her path to rebelling against her parents. She met Manx in her early years of school and quickly latched onto her as a best friend (though this is debatable). Before the main story, Veronica also tried to pressure Sketches into talking since he completely refused to, leaving the two with a poor relationship.

Current-Bio: Veronica currently goes to school with the other characters. When not in school, she can be found at the mall or hanging around the other characters (whether they like it or not). She sometimes will even tag along on their adventures despite acting uninterested and generally being a liability. Why she continues to hang around them and vice-versa is a mystery, but perhaps she truly considers them as friends...

Meta-History: Veronica was created when I was in 7th-8th grade, making her one of my newer characters when I first joined Deviantart in 2010. She originated as a doodle in my school notes and would often appear with Manx. Her old design was slightly different, as seen in this doodle from one of my school planners: Old Art Veronica Concept but her design quickly became closer to what it is today over the years with some hair style variations. Her personality hasn't changed much over the years, as I feel I need a character who isn't very likable on the outside. 

And no I don't know why she wears clothes and Manx doesn't.

Relationships with Other Characters:

Sketches: Veronica originally bullied Sketches before the start of the story, leaving the two with a poor relationship. Eventually Sketches grows to tolerate her as Veronica becomes less of a jerk, but only by a little bit.

Lightning: Veronica and Lightning bicker a lot with each other.

Sparky: Veronica and Sparky get along decently due to the latters kind personality.

Kitty: Veronica appears to have some kind of rivalry with Kitty and the two are always making remarks at each other.

Racket: Veronica thinks that it's "lame" how easily Racket gets scared.

Colors: Veronica is annoyed by how Colors ignores her.

Manx: Veronica and Manx are best friends...supposedly. Due to their widely different personalities, it's a miracle they became friends at all. Veronica is annoyed later in the story when Manx calls her out on her behavior, but the two still remain friends for some reason.

Trixa: Veronica talks to Trixa a lot, but greatly overestimates how close they are.

Chad: Veronica and Chad annoy each other for different reasons.

Carmen: Veronica and Carmen are friends despite it all.

Striga: Veronica shows little fear towards Striga's temper, much to everyone else's shock.

Melody: Despite everything, Veronica is surprisingly nice when it comes to Melody and his singing.

Pippa: Veronica is rather aloof towards her younger sister, feeling that  she'll embarass her in front of her "friends". Ironically the other characters all like Pippa.

Pluff-truff: Veronica and Pluff-truff have a strange relationship. They appear to live in the same place and act like siblings, but Pluff-truff is a dog and everyone else in her family are cats. Is he actually her younger  brother?? Neither of them will say.

Telepathy: Veronica sees Telepathy as a crybaby.
