story
Born only a few months apart and neighbours since they were babies, they've been friends for their whole lives. After his first couple of stints in jail, Pavel learned to tattoo, and used Petya as his willing canvas for experimentation. Pavel taught his friend how to tattoo as well, and became a canvas himself as well. After a few months of learning, they both decided to start up a (possibly illegal?) business sellinng tattoos to patrons of the local, low-key gay, bar.
They started dating privately at 15, often ditching school to hang out together when they knew they'd have the house to themselves. They were planning to run away to America after graduating high school, but Pavel was killed before that dream could become a reality.

Being friends since birth means they have years of shared history and inside jokes between them, so they understand each other really well. In their business, Pavel does all the networking and social stuff, while Petya works on the numbers stuff. They can get kind of competitive in a joking 'who can run faster' kinda way.
