Malina

Malina was a former Toppat elite that specialized in medicine and poison. Malina had a kind and gentle personality, always looking after others even as a child Despite this unassuming personality, she had some levels of sophistication due to her time working as an entertainer. She’s fond of small trinkets, specifically small antique music boxes, her face would light up whenever anyone gives her a rare music box.

History

Malina’s early years were mostly unknown. What is known was around her teenage years, she joined an opera house run by a Toppat elite. Her time at the opera house taught her of the finer things in life, and would soon meet another Toppat elite named Buford Willis. They would soon fall in love with one another (though it took a long while for one of them to confess) and were soon married afterward officially joining the Toppat Clan through the marriage. During this time, they had two children together, named Rogies and Kass. This happy time would not last, however, as she died due to a freak accident, though the details of that day are few and far in between.

However, Malina didn't stay dead, as a spirit was able to drag her out of purgatory and was revived by a CCC member. When she came back to life, one of the first things she did was search for her children and lost love. Eventually, Malina was able to reunite with them, and with no more obstacles in the way, Buford and Malina finally were able to be together once more. Long after, Buford’s first wife. Elizabeth Prov was also brought back to life. Although a rocky start between the two, they soon develop feelings for each other, thus beginning the polyamorous relationship.

Buford

Malina’s first love. They met at the marketplace while Buford was under the disguise of a lawyer. They soon became close friends, bonding over various subjects such as the arts. She fell quickly in love with him due to his kindness towards others despite his playfulness exterior. It took a long time for those two to confess, but they eventually became lovers and were married soon after. It was said that Buford would specifically steal a music box to give to his wife as a gift. The news of her death struck him hard, losing another love once again with a series of tragedies, he fell into a depressed state for many years only caring about their children. Years later, their love reignited once more with Malina’s revival, and are always seen together with the addition of Elizabeth.

Elizabeth

One of Malina’s partners and the one who brought her back to life. They’ve bonded together through Elizabeth’s soul, thus having a deeper connection than most people in Malina’s life. When the option of a polyamorous relationship was presented, she initially objected. Eventually, she gave in once, knowing Elizabeth more. Despite the differences, they do love each other, even if it does take a while for Malina to admit that.
