[friend] To think Dai of all people would be followed around by a ghost... oh, the irony! Yoon thinks it's funny... but also frustrating, because every attempt to prove that Foss is indeed a ghost proved futile, just how much bad luck is that?? And to think it was a damn livestream he watched as background noise that finally and effortlessly proved his point.... ugh. Still, he's happy to have Foss on the team, it does feel a whole lot safer with him on their side, and the audience seems to adore him as well. ...and of course he is happy for Dai. ... ...even if Dai doesn't quite see things the same way. Yet.
[Friends] His hair color changes every once in a while, something that should disorient him. It doesn’t. His voice is recognizable enough—this man is so loud, he can sometimes hear him through the fog. He’s always leading them to another haunted house, talking to the ghosts as if they could answer him any more than the one next to him can, then they all leave. Why do this? It’s too much for his foggy brain to wrap his mind around, so he doesn’t, letting him do as he pleases. Over time, the chatter starts to replace the echo of the centuries old emptiness, and he finds himself able to miss it when it’s gone. At what point has he started to grow fond of him? Ah, whatever, there’s no need to question it. They’re apparently friends, so he’ll take care of him and make sure no bad spirit steals that smile of his.
[friend/lover] Okay, yeah, it was kind of strange that that guy started showing up everywhere he was but it could very well have been coincidence or an awkward attempt at making friends! Dai still doesn't think that he is wrong about what Yoon called 'excuses'... maybe it's just both? Many people are nonverbal for many reasons after all! Either way, he can't deny that he has gotten used to Foss rather quickly, or that the man is indeed very handsome... Oh well. There are worse ways to meet a guy, right?
[Lovers] Years and years and years and years he moves through fog. He’s empty, but he doesn’t know anything else, not anymore. When he saves Daisuke, it’s automatic, an old muscle memory—except that muscle hasn’t been exercised in years and for a moment the unfamiliar clarity overwhelms him with its sting. Then he’s gone again, slipping back into the fog. For a time, Daisuke is the only thing he recognizes. He follows him around, even though the way he keeps rushing into trouble makes something inside of him want to reach out, hold him back. He can’t move a muscle. It’s like sleep paralysis, the desperation to thrash but being unable to do so, trapped in his own body as he is. He never stops fighting to stay awake, and eventually, slowly and steady, it pays off. He gets to enjoy the feeling of Dai’s hand in his, the way he never judges him for anything. It’s a novel feeling, both for the ghost and the man he used to be. He wants to learn more about this man, so he needs to be clear-headed, become part of the world once again. The fog is still out there, but in his love’s home he’s warm and safe.
[besties] Ah, Anastas, one of her favorite people wandering this world. Things never get boring with him and she greatly enjoys every minute they spend together. It's wonderful that his dream of finding his love finally seems to have come true, she can only wish them both the best! Hopefully he'll still find time for her regardless.~ She wouldn't mind hearing whatever is on his mind, just like in the good old times.
[?] He doesn't have that much against him, as unlike people like March he isn't causing trouble for innocent people. He's also good to June, which is another plus, and he thinks they're cute together. But there are also some things he just doesn't get at all. Why is he trying so hard to be there for everyone, as if they're not committing atrocities? Does he not care about the harm they cause at all? Disappointing.
[♡♡♡] Oh, Sev. She found him when he was little more than a lost puppy, teaching him all about this world and its customs, as well as actually helping him find a way to breathe its air. But of course, even if she hadn't done anything like that for him, he'd love spending time with her. She's just so damn charming in every way, even the way she demands his attention is cute. So she wants his eyes on only her? Fine, compared to her there's nothing worth looking at anyway.~
[friends] Toby is a sweet guy and Addie is always happy to see him. Sometimes he seems a bit... unaware of how this world works, but she doesn't mind, she'll just explain it to him if he wants her to. So far there haven't been any misunderstandings that couldn't be fixed, at least. Though he doesn't quite seem to understand her awkwardness... but if anything, she wishes she could be a bit more like him in that regard. Addie perceives it as rather admirable, at least. It must be nice not to worry as much, no? Either way, she greatly enjoys having Toby around, he's great.
[Friends] Addie's gotta be one of the nicest people in the world, even when he doesn't get something immediately she doesn't get annoyed by him. He's always in a good mood when she's there, the usual persistent boredom leaving him alone for once. Maybe he should spend less time with her, his weapons are staying unused when she's around, but... No. He likes her too much, unlike the otheer humans she feels like an actual person to him. When can they meet again? Hopefully soon.
[Please let him eat cicadas] He can't remember February ever paying this much attention to him when they were still back home, but now he acts like his creator or something, always telling him what not to do and to stay out of trouble. October doesn't get what caused the change, but oh well. He does have his nice moments, and October isn't used to anyone caring that much about him, so he'll tolerate it for now. Is this what having a family is like?
[Casual Lovers] Hastings is someone very important to them. They met a long time ago, when Lorelay was still alive. Pretending to be a damsel in distress, they sought Hasting's sympathy, just so they could steal from her as soon as she let her guard down. It didn't work out; Hastings was simply too gentlemanly and attractive, so Lorelay ended up so flustered they forgot why they were there. Even now, centuries later, she has that effect on them, always vexing them with her attention and making them forget all the miseries in the world. Lorelay never wants it to stop.
[Casual Lovers] Oh, Hastings was well aware of what Lorelay had been up to all those years ago, but how could she not treat someone as enchanting as them with all the care and attention they deserve? Hearing about the Dread Siren's fate was probably one of the few times anyone had seen Hastings genuinely angry. And yet... she can't help but be grateful to have met them again, finally being able to give them everything they couldn't have back then. They're cute as ever when they get all flustered...
["Casual" Lovers] One day, this little charmer showed up, and she has pestered them ever since. Naturally, a person such as they should be used to all the admiration that she expresses to them, so why are they always so flustered when he is near? Their meetings never fail to delight them, whether they're dancing the night away or sharing meals. Lorelay feels drunk on his attention, and so they miss her whenever they're alone, even though they like to play hard to get with her. Maybe one day Juda will understand how dear he is to her, after all, she was the person who saved them from resigning themselves to eternal loneliness.
