Surge

A world w/ anthro animals. Currently working on it, but it's a sort of successor to an old retired world idea I had. Most characters will recieve slight redesigns and shit as I get them more cohesively together.

So Far: Chaos is a cat who suddenly gains a large amount of power. Not too long after, they suddenly lose most of that power, which is equalized among several other people. This event is called The Surge.

There might be fallen angels? Idk.
