I took a break on commissions but will be starting on them back up next week! Apologies for the hiatus! 

What are some short term, easy goals that can be recommended to start grounding yourself in life?  (trying to be kind to myself and not overwhelmed) I have a long term goal of wanting to own a house but trying to figure out short term ones that are beneficial to help me and make me WANT to have a future I have hobbies and a cat that I really enjoy but idk how to make goals. tyia! 

I'm back and still alive. At first I was very angry about being put into a situation beyond my control but honestly I truly needed it. I was discharged from the facility today with a new med prescription and my personal psych will be contacted. I'm no longer suicidal and I took the time to read everyone's comments. They mean a lot to me and I wish I could answer each one individually but at this time I am just focusing my energy into healing myself and getting better. I'm sorry for scaring everyone and hope I can be forgiven for my actions.

I plan on taking my life tomorrow. I'm not going to sugar coat it: I'm tired. I have a few affairs to straighten out but I've decided and made up my mind. I plan on getting drunk and taking pain killers then slitting my wrists. I'm ready for final peace. I'm sorry to everyone that I'm burdening this knowledge with but I figured I should be upfront in case anyone wants to know where I've gone. 

I know im loved. I know I will be missed. But I know everyone who is affected will be okay in the end. I just want to thank everyone and comfort you all by saying I'm sorry to causing you all pain and thank you for touching my life, however briefly. You all are great
