drove 2 hours today to see the place, told him i had some concern about the lack of w/d and i wasn't sure what internet serviced the area. Asked him to send me the contract however and he texted me a few hours saying the unit was gone. I'm devastated. 

I raised enough money to put down a deposit for the place I'm looking at tomorrow (he stated specifically he's holding it for me) and if everything goes well, I can move in December 1st! (or sooner!) I literally cannot thank you all enough for the support, I'm so excited and nervous to get out of here, you all have truly saved me and I'll still continue to sell things over the next week to cushion any fallout that might happen in future expenses but i am literally crying in relief of getting out of here. I cannot express my gratitude enough to you all and i hope one day I can repay this kindness
