found a twink dying in the woods motherfucker was dressed like a cowboy do you believe this
god?
There's something decidedly off about the new gravekeeper and despite her current job under Paloma, Killian has made it her personal mission to find out exactly what Edward is hiding behind those smug grins and cocky attitude. Whatever he's meddling in reeks of death.
had it not been for the laws of this land, I would have slaughtered you
That's a nice daughter you have there. how much?
Bella is a sweetheart and listens to all his worries without judging him. She is a treasured friend.
Lewis works too hard and needs a good friend to help him relax.
Hollowlight admires Moonraven's strong will. She's not afraid to speak her mind or stand up for herself. He hopes that one day he'll be able to emulate this one day.
Moonraven is incredibly protective over her brother and would go to great lengths to keep him safe. Her mouth has gotten them both into and out of trouble on multiple occasions, but she does not intend to let her guard down. She admires his patience and hopes to help him be a bit more confident in his opinions and himself
Sybil is Lewis's "direct superior" as she likes to claim simply due to the fact that he's usually seen following her around the most. No one really argues with her on this because no one has the time to. In all honesty Sybil just enjoy's Lewis's presence and just having someone to talk to or simple exist in the same room as her. She's also a fan of gossip and gets most of her updates through Lewis due to his Eclipse-assigned role of spying on Zephon.
As nervous as she made him at first, Sybil is the only 'higher up' angel that Lewis isn't genuinely afraid of. He isn't quite sure what her investment is in the mortals he has been tasked to keep an eye on, but he appreciates having someone he can talk to openly. Everyone else he knows is either a narcissist or one bad day away from murdering someone.
Killian is really cool! She's big and strong and Pandora looks up to her. She wishes that Killian and Miles got along better.
Pandora reminds Killian of herself as a child. Whether she likes that or not, it's hard to decide. It kind of feels like Miles was replacing her, but Pandora is nice enough.
Strictly business and nothing else. Alastair would do anything to not be seen with or associated with Edward, lest he lose his good reputation amongst the people. He would cut ties instantly if Edward weren't so useful in tracking the angel, or if he weren't so terrified of him.
Alastair is a useful pawn. He has a talent for enrapturing the masses that Edward can't quite achieve on his own. He'd be formidable if he wasn't a spineless coward, but that just makes it easier for Edward to keep him under his paw.
Incredibly curious. Not many worship the death goddess, and even fewer are able to see her wards, but Hurley can do both. Kravitz's formerly insatiable curiosity regarding the mortal world can now finally be sated through Hurley.
He's certainly interesting, if not highly obnoxious. It's hard to attend to your duties when you've got an emissary of death looming over your shoulder. Eventually she finds his presence somewhat comforting.
Leopold is an entitled brat and he'll have Aster's respect when he earns it. He reminds her of everything she's run away from and resents him for it.
Aster is childish and a pain in the ass. However Leo is still suspicious of her and convinced she's after his bounty or was sent by his family. Gaining her respect means little to him and he feels like he's stuck babysitting.
Killian was happy enough on her own, thank you very much, and doesn't need her magic-using brother back in her life to complicate things.
Mile's doesn't know where she gets off waltzing back into his life after all these years but he's reluctantly happy to see her. Her distaste for magic is insulting.
Maya is Pyxis's best friend! They don't get annoyed or sick of hearing Pyxis talk about space and stuff and that makes her really happy. Pyxis really is happy to have Maya in her life and really does see them as her best friend. They're funny and sweet and loves to just go out and explore. Pyxis hopes they stay friends for a long time.
Pyxis is a blast. Her enthusiasm is infectious and endearing. Their friendship isn't bogged down by responsibilities or status or politics, they can just have fun. Maya feels a little bad for keeping their identity a secret, but only a little. Maya likes what they have and doesn't think it really matters.
Sybil loves to medle in mortal affairs and has a great curiosity for the living, but Paloma was the first one she ever actively engaged with and revealed herself to. Paloma meant everything the Sybil so when she discovered that her closest and only friend had made a deal with a demon, she did the only thing she could think to do and fled. Sybil feels deep regret and guilt for this, but believes it was the best option due to her status in heaven. She still makes a point to keep an eye on Paloma, though, to make sure she's safe and has a valid reason now that Zephon is there.
Sybil used to be the apple of Palomas eye and her dearest friend. She was the epitome of everything good in the world. Sybil's rejection has hurt Paloma deeply. Sybil cut her off when she was at her most vulnerable, without even trying to understand what happened. Clearly Paloma had put her on a pedestal she didn't deserve. She has no interest in crawling back to try to repair their broken relationship if it meant so little in the first place. If there's any chance of reparation, Sybil needs to take the first step.
Paloma prefers not to get mixed up in the affairs of angels, but Zephon is painfully naive and frankly wouldn't last a day out on his own. He's generally quiet and doesn't feel the need to fill silence, which Paloma appreciates.
Zephon is extremely grateful to Paloma for helping him recover and providing him a roof over his head. He's concerned by Paloma's efforts to keep everyone at a distance and hopes that she can eventually heal from whatever is hurting her.
Miles is a little stuffy and a bit awkward, but he's really smart and knows everything! She thinks he should probably spend a bit more time outside in the world though, instead of inside reading dusty books.
Pandora is a young mage with a lot of promise. She reminds Miles of someone he knew well when he was younger, and wants to help her reach her full potential. He likely won't admit it, but her wellbeing is of upmost importance to him.
