A city left in Ruins. Once great, now collapsing under a weight of controversial rulers. Magic is bleeding and infected everyday life. But the inhabitants of the various abandoned shopping malls, bone-made office buildings, and run down trailer parks.

Main Story: Mundane Magics:
The local community college, Serenity College, has two feuding clubs using magic to fight each other. Which includes demonic computer viruses and strange pacts with "angelic" beings.

On the border of Valhalla & Inferno is a simple video store. This, however, would soon be home to an infested computer mixed with some classic romance drama... or so it seems from the surface... perhaps this issues goes even deeper than that
