how do you guys... draft your character profiles? like. say you have the whole HTML laid out and filled whether fully or not. and it's public on your page, but you want to change it/develop it on a larger scale without loosing what you have already on the profile

what do you guys usually do?

and also is it normal for the HTML to get so unorganised after you include CSS >>;;;;

what categories do you guys usually write on your character profiles?
stuff like basics, powers, backstory, strengths, flaws, personality, trivia?
