I'm sure this won't be a problem and I will be entirely normal about this game.

I know life is rough right now. The world is on fire, those in power and/or with money don't really care about most of us, and everything feels pretty hopeless. 

No one knows where things are going right now and it's scary. Terrifying.
We don't need the false hope of "things always get better!" because in reality, sometimes they don't. 

But just remember, you're not alone in all of this. A majority of people on this planet are going through this worldwide rough patch.
Some have it better, some have it worse.
But, don't focus on that. Just because someone "has it worse" than you do right now, that doesn't mean your struggles are invalid.

Everyone is fighting their own battles. Some are all-out wars, some are mere scuffles. But, some wars are on smooth ground while some scuffles are uphill. 

At the end of the day, no one knows the depths of your struggles. Likewise, you don't know the depths of someone else's struggles. 

For everyone's sake, let's try to be kind to one another.

Who knows, you may make someone's day, or even save their life. 

Life is so much better when we treat it as a shared journey rather than a constant competition.
Celebrating the victories of others as opposed to seeking how we can "win" even more than them. 

A little bit of positivity can go a long way.

I feel like I am more of a person who imagines certain OCs in like an AMV for a given song

2023 was full of depression and doubt for me. Losing three jobs because of things outside of my control really smashed my already suffering self-confidence. It felt like I kept getting kicked down whenever I managed to get going again.

But we ain't doing that in 2024

One of my "resolutions" is to do more art.
I got insanely depressed over and over this year, I wasted so much time wallowing when I could have been doing stuff, making stuff.
I wanna draw like I used to. Make fanart like I used to.

Sure the search for a job will interfere with my creative flow and the road is admittedly looking pretty rough ahead. I won't lie, it's pretty difficult to have hope.
But I'm tired of feeling miserable about myself. Even if I can't get myself a "real job," I'm going to make an effort to not waste time by sitting around and being sad.

It seems like 2023 was a rather miserable year for a lot of people.

Here's hoping that 2024 is the year that things turn around for us.

It's really not worth the trouble it may cause for you. 

If you ever see someone "harassing" me or being rude or whatever, please don't butt in to come to my defense, ESPECIALLY if you intend to be mean/rude/etc back to the person. Fighting fire with fire doesn't work. 

I'm a big girl, I can speak for myself just fine. Graduated college with a writing degree and everything lol

If whoever else is involved doesn't want to have a mature conversation and they just want to stir up trouble for me, just let the pieces fall where they may. 

I hate getting mixed up in drama and I don't want other people to get involved in it on my behalf.
Please value your mental health more than being a whiteknight. That goes for anyone, not just me.
There is a big difference between someone stirring up some internet trouble and genuine harassment.
Don't escalate to harassment over small trouble. Unless someone is being legitimately threatened, just leave it be. 

I appreciate it if you're coming from a well-meaning place, but again, it's just not worth the potential backlash for you. 

I've had people randomly delete art of my characters/remove my characters from art without my knowledge or consent and it's really uncool and annoying.
If someone doesn't have the art backed up, it could be lost forever. 

There are other solutions that don't involve erasing art of someone else's OC.

1. Ask the user to hide/private the art
2. Ask the user to credit you as an offsite artist while linking to your TH (so it doesn't show up under your art tab)
3. Ask the user to credit you some other way or simply create an unrelated credit

TLDR: If you want to be credited with your TH username, don't be a douchebag who abuses the flawed system.
You are part of the problem with people not giving/not wanting to give proper credit. 

Small update!

It does look like the option is gone now, thankfully 

But I have no idea when the art was removed from my character's profile, so that is still likely what occurred in the past. It was a character I hadn't used in a while

Other update: It looks like artists couldn't delete art outright, but someone could remove your character from art if they also had an OC in said piece of art. Once your OC was removed, they could then delete it from there. This also appears to have been resolved!

So, while I was a little mixed up with how the mechanic worked, my point still stands: don't remove artwork from someone else's character's gallery without consent.

The manic episode ended, so I am not quite as depressed and desperate.
But, I can still look at offers.

I'll save us all time and just say I am desperate for money.

Please stay out of mains for now, but everyone else is UFO. I will be picky/tentative with some, even if they aren't in mains or tagged.

I will be very picky with any offers that are not money
