basically, if you get a free design from me you're not allowed to sell it for any amount of points/money unless there's art added

if you get free art from me please DO NOT add it to the characters worth; trades drawn by me will not be added to the profit of any char/design

i will not draw any NSFW/hate content

Commission TOS

if you commission art/design(s) from me then PLEASE credit me at all times and do not claim them as yours even if you edited them, otherwise you can do whatever you want 

no refunds after i completely finish the drawing

 i can refuse the order if i want to

once again i won't be drawing any nsfw

 I am allowed to change the item's price before you pay if I have issues drawing your order

Design TOS

once you purchase a design from me, you own the rights to it and completely own it. you still MUST credit me at all times even if you edit/redesign 

you can do/draw whatever you want from my designs. i cant really tell you what you can do to not because you own the design now and I'm just the creator

PLEASE DO NOT trade/sell any of my designs to anyone in my blacklist, I don't expect you to read all the way through but I really need you to read if you're trying to sell/trade any of my designs and I do not want anyone from there to own them 

you can co-own my designs but i won't be responsible for any of the trouble between the owners
