Hi there! I'm MyopicDinobird. I never really managed to break through here on Toyhou.se, so my page is mostly storage and a way to credit people for the things I made for them on ChickenSmoothie. I do have some designs up for sale, so feel free to have a look around!
About me
I go by many names, but you may call me Dinobird, or just Bird (Preferably not just Myopic, though). I love birds, and bugs, and weird things. I love adoptables, artwork, and the wonders of mundane life. I love my wife and my wife's cat.
I'm old enough to remember that cyber security does involve not giving out your exact age to strangers. I'm an adult, I have a wife and pay a mortgage and I'm the one to call the plumber when the pipes are clogged. So, you know. Grownup stuff.
I'm queer and mentally ill, with a strong interest in social justice, but unfortunately I am too disabled to do much but write my silly stories and draw my silly pictures. Perhaps one day though! Life is long.
My designs!
Made with a homemade base drawn entirely by me, these little fellas are relatively quick to make and priced accoringly. They all come on a little card with a bit of information and a snippet of lore to spark ideas. These are added regularly as I have a moment to put them together
These are my main designs, made from scratch, all a bit strange. I sell designs similar to these on ChickenSmoothie for way cheaper, but I've been holding back my favorite design concepts, and now it is time to unleash them. And maybe even get a little bit of money. That'd be nice. They all go to food these days and I need new glasses.
Strange Adoptable ... REQUESTS:
If you like my general style, but don't see any pre-existing designs that really appeal to you personally, I take design requests! These are free to make, though if you decide you want to own the design, you'll have to pay for it, but you're not obligated to buy the design afterwards if it wasn't quite what you expected. If you don't buy it, I will simply put it up for sale like with any other of my designs. You'll have to be okay with this, of course.
To make a request, put 3 to 10 things you like in a design down in the comments, and if I decide to use yours, you should see a design pop up on my page! You get a 48 hour head start to buy it, and after that, I'll put it up for sale for everyone to buy. In some cases, I might do more than one!
