Hey! Not to be disrespectful or anything, but I'd suggest to not randomly favorite random people's MYO's and put them under "Offer later-MYO watch" or something similar! It's considered rude, especially if they don't have any tag that shows that you can give any kind of offer!

I'd suggest you just make a list of MYO's you're interested in instead of favoriting random peoples slots.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to let me know. I always avoid adding slots if the owner says they don’t like offers on their warning, their profile page, or the character itself, but I can understand how it could be considered rude regardless. That’s a good suggestion, I’ll try doing that instead.

(By the way, sorry if this posts twice. Toyhouse is acting up again)

Ahh I've been reading up on To Eclipse You. Your work and writing is so wonderful!! I would love to see more about the characters if you have any additional lore!!

Oh my gosh, thank you! It's really an honor to hear that. I've definitely done more work on To Eclipse You than what I've posted to Toyhouse. In fact, I've written quite a few chapters of the novel! It's kind of old, though, and I'm not satisfied with it enough to show it QvQ but I can definitely share my notes and the plot points I have so far! I also have more xianxia/wuxia stories if you'd like to hear about those!

Btw, I've poked around on your profile a little bit too! All your characters are so stunning, and I'd love to hear their stories if you're okay with talking about them!

Yes!!! I would absolutely love to hear about your other stories as well if you're comfortable with sharing!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Most of my characters have 18+ thematics to them so I'm afraid I can't share very much about them but I would love to get to know yours!! ^^

Got it, no worries!

So, in addition to To Eclipse You, I've got Stars In Apastron, which is a xianxia danmei about a villain-by-circumstance and their one childhood friend turned rival who refuses to give up on them. Then there's Saltwater, a modern danmei featuring a fake relationship between a famous but reclusive model and a "sunshine boy" vlogger. They are also childhood friends turned enemies! Scoundrel's Starless Isle Falls is another xianxia novel about a cheerful, innocent boy who joins a sect and is met with nothing but suspicion from the head disciple despite his consistently good behavior — in the end, it turns out the head disciple had good reason to be suspicious! In Adamantine Evigheden the two MCs have been chasing each other since the beginning of time, but they keep slipping away from each other just before they can confess their feelings. Asomatous Bloom, similarly, is about two people who can never quite reach each other, but in this novel, it's because one is a cultivator and one is a ghost. Blood On Ivory Lily is probably one of my darker novels; it involves an impoverished boy who steals a servant's identity to sneak into the royal palace. Soon, he's getting close to (read: seducing) not only the crown prince but also a prince from the neighboring kingdom who has been sent to the palace as part of a peace treaty (a diplomatic hostage, that is). The MC will stop at nothing to take control of the empire from the inside. The next story is a little different from the ones I've mentioned so far; it's a contemporary arranged marriage baihe novel between a famous paper-cutter and an ink stick-maker, so it's fittingly titled Of Paper and Ink. Lastly, this is not exactly a story, but I've been working on a text-based RPG set in xianxia China! It's called Rolling Mists, Quiet Moons, and I'll hopefully have a simple demo available by the end of this year!

AHH I quite love reading GL stories as well. I love hearing about arranged marriage stories and how they go about things now that their lives are intertwined with one another!! The title is very beautiful and both of the girls look lovely. May I ask how the CP dynamic is like for them? ( ´͈ ◡ `͈ )❤️

As for Blood on Ivory Lily, would it be a 3P or would it be less focused on romance and more on overtaking the dynasty? How does Xingsheng go about gaining the trust of the people in the palace and seducing the crown prince? What is his reason for infiltrating the palace?

I’m glad they interest you! ^v^ And of course, I’d love to elaborate! For the girls, they were best friends for most of their childhood, but after high school, Jing Youya went to a very prestigious college abroad, and Mei Xiyue went to a local college because she had to help her parents run their ink shop. They didn’t have phones, so they couldn’t keep in touch, and they grew apart. A few years later, Youya had become a very successful and famous artist, but Xiyue’s family’s business was not doing well. Xiyue’s family asked Youya’s family to betroth their daughters together, and for old time’s sake, Youya’s family agreed. After they got married, Xiyue and Youya were very awkward around each other. They had both liked each other all throughout their childhoods, but they had been too scared to say anything. Now, they hadn’t seen each other for years, so they weren’t sure how to act around each other. Throughout the story, they open up to each other and become friends again, and then they eventually become lovers! It’s a very wholesome dynamic!

Blood on Ivory Lily is mostly a 3p. At the beginning of the story, Xingsheng is filled with resentment at the dynasty because his family used to live in another country. Then, the emperor attacked that country and seized the land that Xingsheng’s family lived on. He tore down their house to make way for an ostentatious tower dedicated to himself, stole all their treasured possessions, and even forced Xingsheng’s father to serve in the royal army. So, Xingsheng wanted to make the emperor feel the same way he felt by bringing him to ruin. While in the palace, he used every tactic he could to rise through the ranks. First, he simply acted very kind and helpful. He always offered to do extra tasks, which made both the royal officials and the other servants trust him. Because the officials trusted him, he spent more time with them, and he subtly flirted with them so they wanted to give him gifts and promote him. While he seduced the officials, he also got them to tell him their secrets, which he could use as blackmail. After he got promoted a few times using those tactics, he had enough extra money to bribe the servants and guards into giving him a position as one of the servants who took care of the crown prince’s private garden. The servants were supposed to quickly leave whenever they saw the crown prince enter, but one day, Xingsheng “accidentally” stayed too long and met him. Jingzhi had grown up very spoiled, so it was easy for Xingsheng to get close to him by complimenting him and appealing to his ego. Soon, he became Jingzhi's personal assistant!
