The highest rank of the Impurus, save for the Koroleva(Amira, god of darkness), and widely known as some of the most powerful people to exist, with the higher ranked ones having power on the level of the gods

They all possess an artifical Shine called a Phantasm, which grants them some unique power(depends on the Phantasm), but they must wear their masks while using them.
