Fight Or Flight ✯✯✯

Fight Or Flight ✯✯✯

In this world, some people were made to fight, quite literally. BB is one of these people, synthetically created with special abilities to make said fighting more interesting. Chandi was not made for fighting, rather, she was created to simply be a pretty face to read off the scores. They admire each other from afar, due to their different roles not allowing them much time to talk to each other. But BB sneaks out one day, and practically drags Chandi away with her. Chandi convinces her to go back, because they know they'll be caught if they properly escape, but the event leaves both of them with a better understanding of each other, and they become friends (and each others' crushes, but both are too oblivious to notice). While they're not treated particularly badly at the fighting ring (Called "Gladrield", but nobody ever calls it that), they still aren't allowed to leave or do much that a "normal" person would be able to do. But they begin to sneak out so often that they manage to find people willing to help them, although the fighting ring is such a world famous organization that they still must be extremely careful, or they'll be found out.
The entire thing is a huge building complex, which has rooms, cafeterias, bathrooms, multiple large stadiums, basically anything a person could need. You need authorization to enter or exit, but BB stole an access key from a staff member a while ago and apparently the logs aren't checked often enough for them to notice any suspicious activity. Chandi has access to some rooms within the complex due to working with staff members frequently (getting medical supplies, tools, weapons, important documents, etc.).
Synthetic people are fully sentient and have most human organs, but they also have wires and circuits in their bodies. They aren't exactly cyborgs, since they were never humans in the first place, and much is done to minimize the amount of "inhuman" qualities they have save for the "cool looking" stuff like BB's tail. They're created at a certain age and stay at that age physically for the duration of their lives. They have longer lives than humans, but eventually do die after ~150 years. Some have been created for the military and other combative activities, but due to controversy and economic impact, they have been mandatorily limited in their creation.
