Ken

Kennedy (Ken for short) is just some poor dude who needed money, somehow found out about the well-paying jobs at the ring, and is now an employee there, and he can't leave because of the contract. He got assigned to BB but he always ends up just letting her do what she wants because he's too awkward to try and get her to cooperate. They've ended up becoming friendly acquaintances, though, with an unspoken agreement to not meddle in each others' lives more than necessary.
Ken comes off as very nervous and reserved, and tends to work poorly under pressure. However, he's good at doing pretty much anything as long as he has proper instructions, which is the reason he was hired for his job. Despite everything, he doesn't hate his job because he thinks all the synthetic people are genuinely interesting and cool. He's very cautious about just leaving BB alone most of the time when he's supposed to be monitoring her and guiding her, but through her he eventually learns that some protocols don't have to be followed, and that's okay.
