Hello all! I'm not sure if anyone really looks at my account, but I'll put this out anyway just in case!
I'm prepping for Art Fight! I haven't participated for a few years and thought it would be fun to try it out again this year! I'm RANZOMEGA on there as well, and here's the link to my profile in case anyone wants to follow- I follow back on Art Fight.
I also saw someone else asking this, so I'll do it too! ⇒ If anyone is interested, what OCs of mine would you like to see on there? So far, I've gotten to all the featured OCs on my profile-- Fisk, Ayo, Haku, Epsilon, Velvina, and Ty- as well as a few others so far, including Aklinate and "rises the moon". I'll be working on getting more up soon. O7O)b I'll try to update this bulletin with the avatars of characters I have submitted to Art Fight.

Hello all, it's been quite some years since I've been active here. Back then, I bit off a lot more than I could chew in trades, music commissions, etc, and I've had a lot of time to mull things over since stepping away due to overwhelming mental and physical health.
Toyhouse was a fun space for me that I got too comfortable in, and I ended up overestimating how many things I could take on and give. My mentality was very pushed towards making my hobbies profitable, both new and old, due to familial stress, spotty education, and worry for the future if I could even have one. Since my health had declined enough to the point of needing surgery, I have been forced to take things slow and simmer down, and the people around me started to understand me and help me when I needed it. I was able to fix or at least partially repair unspoken issues with family, better understand my limits, and the expectations put on me have been rough and realized. Nothing is perfect, but weights have been lifting off of my shoulders.
I understand that I have disappointed many by not coming through on the things I owe. When it comes to music commissions, I have realized that even to this day, I am not confident in creating and sharing it all that much. Music is something I started as a hobby, but it ended up being pushed on me as a side-hustle when I wasn't ready and well versed enough in the subject. Unlike my visual art where I feel I have been at a point where I am able to get my ideas and imagination across to others without shame- making music feels very vulnerable and personal.
I do not like that I have let down not only family, but friends and acquaintances alike with my wavering ability to follow my word alongside fear of confrontation. I have let things stew for long enough, and because of this, not only have I damaged my credibility to others, but also myself. I apologize for the pings, but I want to give back what I owe, whether it be through monetary refunds, art, etc. I have done my best to dig and search for the people I owe. Even though I have found messages stating that some of you have dropped trades since I did not follow through on my part and went inactive (as is your right), I do not want to leave you on an overall sour note and experience. I am currently sending refunds to the few I owed music commissions to. If I have missed anyone, feel free to DM me or comment here. I am sorry for the inconveniences and frustrations I may have caused.
I will also be closing my music commission and music for art trade threads but not deleting them until everything is resolved. If you have completed any work for me as part of a trade, please read the section your name is in so I can make it up to you.

MUSIC TRADES:

I know some people have made art for me as part of their end of the trade, and this is for them. I will still ping the others who were on my slot list, just in case anyone else had made art for me that I owe for. If you prefer to let this go or ignore this, I apologize in advance for the disturbance. If you have not made any art since I opened the trade thread you are of course not obligated to draw at all! I just want to make sure I get everyone who has.
To those pending compensation, I will gladly offer new art to make up for the great pieces you have made for me. I am ready to match the type of art you have given me. Example, two fullbody for fullbody, bust for bust. Please note that I'll most likely keep these art pieces as colored sketches. Backgrounds are not quite my strong suit yet and may take a lot of time for me to flesh out, but I am still willing to draw them for those who have drawn them for me. If you are uncomfortable with that, I am happy to make up for it by drawing more character art. My fastest turnaround pieces are flat-colored sketches, so I'm willing to produce those the most and at a decent enough pace. My art has changed a bit for the better I would hope, so I'll leave more current examples in a spoiler at the end of this message. I am also willing to pay for the art you have made for me through PayPal instead of giving art. If you have commission prices up I will pay for what you've drawn- your choice! I also have characters available for your choosing on my adopt account, RomShop if you're interested, and I will be adding more. If any of them catches your eye that isn't on hold, feel free to to ask for them. I am also willing to redesign any for you.

Hi, I'm Romie/Ranzo! I'm a digital artist who is too emotional over art and characters. I had joined Toyhouse to store and collect characters, and ever since discovering forum games, I've been a big fan of those.
Although creating art is my main skill and is something I do as much as I can, I also enjoy composing soundtrack-like music, writing fictional and OC-centered stories, designing characters, and a bit of coding. I'm still learning in a lot of areas! I love learning new things and brushing up on things I'm not so great at.
