Missfits Universe

~~[ATTENTION] This world is HEAVILY outdated and updates are coming soon! Everything below is old old old.~~

Missfits is a little series I've been building on with a world similar to One Punch Man or My Hero Academia, where everyone is born with some kind of unique ability. People use their ability, or their "Flair", to assist them within their field of work. Though the use of people's flairs is widely commercialized and glorified in media, there are strict laws around the use and legality of one's flair to a somewhat oppressive extent, as well as heavy processes of regulation and documentation performed by the government to try and keep every citizen and their flair in check. Citizens must all carry a special kind of issued ID card that not only displays what a typical photo ID would, but also a summary of their flair and its statistics upon being scanned. It acts as a sort of flair liscense as well, which displays what that person is legally allowed to use their flair for and to what extent, such as construction purposes, public entertainment, or self-defense. Lastly, any crimes or offenses that a person has ever committed using their flair is also documented in detail and made available to be viewed via scan of an ID. These crimes include using one's flair for anything as major as theft or assault to something as minor as cheating on a test in school. Any unauthorized or unlawful use of one's flair, no matter when or under what context, will inevitably follow a person through their entire life.

(WIPv, subject to change) Missfits follows four girls; Cherry, Iris, Celeste, and Lei, each serving a community service program for different reasons. They've been assigned together as a team, overseen by a Mid-Level hero, to patrol the streets of Wytai City five days a week and assist in taking care of the abundance of lower-level crime and criminals that the higher-up heroes don't have the time (or interest) for. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
