welcome to NEOPETS BABEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aka the first kind of ocs i ever made!!! a lot of these characters were ones i first made when i was 8 or 9, so if their name seems weird thats why (ie why did you name one milk) OK!!!
the majority of these characters have an onsite counterpart but it's 2021 now and i might make new neopets (or revive old ones) without an onsite counterpart bc rules r for fools
The members of the Cookie family. Considered my "main" set of Neopets characters, so to speak.
The members of the Graham family. Technically includes my first Neopets characters, though not my main group.
The group behind the Skyland theme park, a homage to the previously afloat Faerieland before its fall. Also, Risco is there.
Neopets that can't really be connected to a group but may still have connections to other characters, and are relatively regular kinda people (neopets).
Neopets that can't be grouped in another folder that may have connections to other characters and are really freakin weird in one way or another.
