Jade thinks Tangerine is quite adorable, and is always happy to see him. She was quite surprised by how quickly he grew to like her though; it's almost scary the way he acts.
Tangerine quickly became too addicted to Jade's calming vapor. His desperation to get more created a big issue, and after he started to recover he realized he hadn't actually gotten to know her much, despite how often he sought her out.
Soy enjoys Jade's company, and tries to be patient with her easily-confused nature. He especially enjoys the relaxing properties in her vapor, and has conducted a few experiments with it.
Jade is quite fond of Soy! They do yoga together and she has accepted a few gardening tips from him. She think's he's an adorably sweet little guy and looks up to his knowledge.
Mala doesn't mind Jade's attitude towards her; that's understandable. However, she isn't fond of Jade's breath vapor. The calming, sleep-inducing mist that she can create is unnatural in Mala's mind, and she isn't comfortable with the effect it has on the other villagers. She usually steers away from the kangoo.
Jade doesn't quite understand what the deal is with Mala, but since so many others are uncomfortable around her she feels the same way. She feels unnerved by Mala's strange quietness and her intense gaze.
Maya loves seeing Jade and enjoys her sweet attitude. She often helps the kangoo, especially when she is particularly sleepy or confused.
Though they are not close friends, Maya and Jade are quite friendly with each other. Jade loves spending time with Maya and is grateful for the way the main coon goes out of her way to be friendly.
Jade is quite friendly with Powder, and adores all her sweets. She is quite a frequent customer!
Powder loves seeing Jade and thinks she's a sweetheart. Jade's constant compliments and love for Powder's work causes lots of blushing and gratitude...
Fiish is a bit shy around Powder, but he loves her kindness and the treats she shares. He agonizes over the awkardness between them because he has troubles with English and fears he makes things confusing.
Powder tries to help Fiish feel comfortable and happy. She enjoys seeing him smile--it's a success in her book. But she also feels the awkwardness between them and knows that she doesn't always understand him, and it saddens her. She still tries to support him though.
Mala doesn't mind Fiish's skittishness around her. She tries to be polite and understanding and knows that he does his best. In fact, she finds herself somewhat fond of the guy, and isn't sure why others don't understand him, as she has easily gotten the hang of his halted, bilingual speech.
Fiish is quite unsettled by Mala. He believes some of the rumors and stories he hears about her and is simply nervous about her somber, seclusive attitude. He still tries to be polite if he comes across her; he doesn't dislike her, he just isn't comfortable around her.
Maya wants to help Fiish feel welcome. For some reason he still doesn't seem fully comfortable around her, and tends to hang more around Soy. She just wishes she could understand him better.
Fiish appreciates Maya's welcoming attitude and friendliness, but she can be kind of overwhelming sometimes, and though she tries hard to understand him she still often gets confused.
Soy loves spending time with the sweet creature, and is happy to help him feel understood. The little kangoo himself knows what it's like to be misunderstood sometimes, though not to the extent that Fiish feels. He loves sharing his knowledge about plants and relaxation with him.
Fiish feels like Soy understands him better than most. Soy also tends to feel less of a need to talk, so the two often spend time simply enjoying each others presence as they watch the world around them. Sometimes Fiish helps Soy with his gardening, and though he is not the best with plants, he is so glad to help out his friend and learn about the kangoo's passion.
Maya and Birch are friendly acquaintances. She respects the forest guardian with reverence and feels honored to know him.
Maya and Birch are friendly acquaintances. He appreciates her love of nature and the friendship she shares with Soy.
Mala dislikes Birch's traditional, superstitious beliefs, but she understands why he believes that. She is as polite to him as she can be, and hopes to one day win his and the other townmembers' trust and respect.
Birch is quite wary around Mala. She is a creature that follows death, and her extensive time spent in that realm is unnatural. He fears that she will bring death to his home. Though he is certainly not outright against her, (he will nod politely if he comes across her) there is tensity between the two.
Kenny is somewhat annoying... he asks some weird questions. But Birch is fond of the cute little guy, and is very patient. He enjoys sharing his wisdom with the curious little numling.
Kenny is always full of strange questions for Birch. He is convinced that gummy worms are a plant and is always climbing on and looking for Birch! Birch always has so much wisdom and the view from his massive antlers is awesome.
Hope is super nice! She is a great listener and is super supportive of my favorite things. We tend to each get each other excited about our favorite holidays, so the end of the year feels like just one big party!
Candy is always happy! I like to spend time with him, because he's so fun and optimistic. We tend to each get each other excited about our favorite holidays, so the end of the year feels like just one big party! His cat is kinda mean though... she's always scaring Jingle.
Hope enjoys spending time with them and relaxing with Anouar. They are so smart! They're somehow always able to shed light on a sketchy subject.
[Friend] Cozy friends who like to enjoy a peaceful night by a warm fire. Anouar tries their best to keep Hope grounded and well-informed so no one can trick her or take advantage of her naivete.
