Yrgna & Puppet
I made character designs so cool, I had to make lore for them. Yrgna & Puppet is mostly humanoid characters but Puppet is a guy inhabiting a custom made plush toy, so stuff like that exists if you didn't already find the idea of bird people interesting.
I would include a story premise about how it begins but I am currently rewriting Y&P's because it's kind of not that good. Sorry.
