Father. Thought he died when he was still a child, the day Terrance destroyed his own carnival and died himself. Confuses T.L. for Antoine.
Son. Has been missing for well over 30 years - no one's sure if he's dead, alive, or cursed. Currently trapped in a monstrous form: The Smiling Man.
Great-Great-Grandfather. The only one of the family Terrance actually attempts to communicate with.
Great--Great-Grandchild. More like Terrance than Terrance wants to admit, and the only one to actually be logical in the family.
Great-Grandfather. Wants to take Ter Ter's carnival from him.
Great-Grandson. Doesn't believe Terrance is real at first, now is an active thorn in the dead-man's side.

Cy has never been a huge fan of children but this little fish robot definitely managed to do the impossible; find a place into Cy's heart. She may not admit it out loud but she's very fond of this young girl after their first meeting and likes to spoil her whenever Blossom's with Detective Flint.
Blossom may not understand Cy's choice in being a thief very well, but she's very appreciative of her help in the case of Blossom's missing Mother. She believes there is good under all that bad in Cy and hopes to bring it out in her, one flower at a time.
