Not too much is known about this virus from outer space. He claims to have come down to our world from another one a vast distance away from our star for the sole purpose of integrating our technology into his database and preparing our world for his species to conquer us. His connection to his Hive Queen was severed upon encountering [and stupidly attempting to take over his cybernetic parts] The Memory Snatcher, making him a free agent of chaos.
Upon arriving to Neo Oldesville Felix managed to get himself downloaded into Ree Porter's digital glasses, allowing Felix to learn everything possible about our city and the people who live in it. It also allowed him to realize how easily we would all be tricked into following Ree's word, turning the city into a doomsday like cult for a short time. It took quite some time to deprogram everyone's minds from Felix's mind control messaging, but thankfully everyone's back to normal now and no serious damage was caused by the takeover... although a lot of people started to distrust their old TV's and other tech connected to the internet for a while afterwards.
A the same time I managed to tear down his signal's towers, the little twerp decided he liked the disconnect to the hive mind back on home base and rebelled against his own Queen in order to maintain his sense of 'freedom of mind' here in Neo Oldesville, ultimately helping 'save' us from his species by sabotaging his work even further then what I had managed to do. He claims to have turned a new leaf the moment that last outer space signal was severed to his home planet... but I'm not too sure about him. Regardless he was given political asylum by the Mayor after winning people over with his sob story about the past. I guess they just collectively forgave him for mind controlling them only days before?
Since then he's been rumored to be working alongside online beauty blogger, Zami Quine, helping her prepare a new line of creepy, but kind of cute?, teddy bears for her new merch line up. Maybe he's mended his ways since cutting off his ties to his Queen... or maybe he's picked a new one to follow in Quine. Either way I have my eye on him.

- He primarily possesses an old USB, but can easily transfer himself into other technology to control. It takes more enegry for later things however, so he currently just sticks with the USB.
- He can also create images of himself on screens of things, which is really annoying because he can affect the information on the screen by just grabbing it. He's like one of those page Shimeji characters and just walk all around the screen, grabbing files, apps, and even your cursor.
- Despite claiming to enjoy his freedom, he clearly shows signs of being in need of a new master to help him make decisions.

He's upgraded from the USB, to a robotic teddy bear, to
attempting to take the Memory Snatcher's body, to finally taking
a new robotic creation by Dr. Tulip.
