My marshadow lore has been written and posted! I've had a bunch of random headcanons lying around for a while so I figured I should keep them all in one place for everyone to see!

Also, if there's another Legendary species you'd like to see some lore for, please let me know! I don't think I'll make a special page for every single pokemon, but I'm more inclined to do so for Legendaries. (I know I have some Jirachi ideas floating around somewhere...)

(By that I mean I will finally have enough mental energy to be creative instead of having to put said mental energy into college and therefore will be dedicating a good chunk of my free time to writing / drawing / making OC-related content again :3)

The lore page for my PMD universe is officially up! So far I've added info on the basic geography of the world and some lore regarding Legendary Pokemon + their hierarchy! I'm gonna be updating the page whenever I feel like it so don't expect too much consistency lol. I'm also open to suggestions on what to add, so if you ever happen to think of anything please let me know!

Heyo, here's a progress report of all the changes I've made in the last couple months!

Nova's full bio has been added! The only unavailable section is his story, which is still a WIP. In addition, Poppy's bio was recently updated with more information, including a detailed personality section! I've also added separate tabs for OCs with outdated designs so they don't get mixed in with their current ones.

So far these bios have been updated with a new theme:

• Marshie
• Hoopa
• Roto
• Tetsu
• Vex
• Nova

I'm still planning on making a page here for worldbuilding + lore, but it's probably gonna be a while before I actually do it since it's gonna require a LOT of writing and I'm burned out from writing rn.

Finally, I decided to give the members of Team RLP (Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio) actual nicknames in order to help distinguish them a bit more! The plan is to give them names that still sound similar to their species names. So far, Popplio's name has been changed to Poppy! I'm heavily considering the name Rowan for Rowlet, but haven't made a final decision yet. No idea what I'm doing for Littten though rip lmao

Vex's backstory has been added to his bio! (I've also been redoing bios because I found a new template that I really like so if anything looks different that's why lol. This is the last time I'm redoing them I promise <3 *slaughters my compulsive desire for perfectionism*)

The best part about Vex's story was when he said "it's Vexin' time" and vexed everyone in Alola with the powers of some weird crystal he found at 2 am

I should probably make a page on here about the lore + worldbuilding for my Pokemon World...

I've been working on a lot of stuff behind the scenes over the last month or so (which is why I haven't been as active online tbh) but I'd really like to put all my worldbuilding into one place so it's accessible to everyone

I will do that...someday...

I've been struggling with art block lately and I'm trying to get back into drawing (partially because I really need to finish that ask event with Marshie over on Tumblr lol). Are there any OCs of mine that you'd like to see more art of? (I know not all of my OCs have been designed / shared yet but if you happen to think of one that I've mentioned before you can also suggest them!)

Also, feel free to suggest your own OCs too! I love drawing other peoples' characters :D (please just make sure they're pokemon!)

Sorry for the lack of activity on all platforms! College has been eating up a lot of my time and energy. I didn't expect my workload to be this heavy for the first half of the semester, but it should hopefully ease up a bit for the second half! (Keyword: hopefully XD)

In the meantime, I've been writing down new ideas for OCs and lore, as well as doing some very minor edits to character bios + folders! I didn't like how the old bio template didn't have as much space, so I switched to using a very similar one. All I did was remove the mood board section since I don't really use mood boards. (They're both from the same pack btw! I got them here if you're interested!)

I decided to organize my folders differently than how I initially planned. Rather than sort everyone by location, I'll be doing it this way:
- Stories (this includes comics, ask blog ideas, and anything else that has a plot.)
- Teams (rescue, exploration, rogue, research, etc. Basically any PMD teams go here.)
- Citizens (Pokemon who don't belong to a team. They're just out here living their best lives.)
- Legendaries (the deities of the Pokemon world. I'll be sorting them by role.)

Characters in stories often fit into at least one other category, so if you want to see a full list that includes them, you'll have to refer to their tags. (For example, Marshie is a Legendary, but he's also a character in a story, so he won't appear in the Legendary folder. He does, however, have the "Legendary" tag. You'll have to search through the Legendary tag if you want to see him included with the other Legendaries.)

I plan to eventually add a page detailing all of the lore and worldbuilding of my PokeVerse! I figured it would be easier to keep it all in one place rather than having someone search through my tumblr ramblings LOL. (Don't worry, I'll still ramble on tumblr! This is just for the purpose of organization.)

Hello! I normally don't make bulletins but I wanted to provide an update for anyone interested.

Basically, I've been incredibly unhappy with my PokeOC designs for a while, so I'm going to start tweaking / redesigning them. In addition, I'll be updating things like personalities, stories, and anything else that I deem outdated. I'll also be adding any new OC ideas / designs as I work on them. Since all of my PokeOCs live in the same universe, I plan to keep them in the same folder and organize them by the part of the universe they live in, whether it's a region, uncharted lands, or even another dimension. Anyone featured in a story / ask blog idea will be tagged appropriately!

I've seen so many amazing PokeOC designs over the last couple of months, and they've really inspired me to rethink how I want to go about designing my own characters. My goal is to find a balance between originality and my own style while still keeping the species recognizable to the source material. Although some of my designs do have good balance, a lot of them don't look "original" enough in my eyes. The main RLP gang will remain relatively unchanged due to nostalgia, though I'd like to find ways to help them stand out more as well.

My biggest hurdle at the moment is my mental health. My OCD in particular severely impacts how I go about creating and using my characters. It's very hard to explain, but basically, it wants me to get everything literally perfect on my first try. I have to rewrite all the character info over and over and over again until my OCD thinks it's perfect, until a couple days later when it's not perfect anymore. It hates when I make changes to things or when I don't know a character's full story yet. If I do something it doesn't like, I get an extreme anxiety episode that can last for several days. This has been going on for 5 and a half years. The good news is that I am currently seeking therapy because I am 110% done living like this. I just want to smash my blorbos together and rotate them in my head like a normal person.

Anyway that's my update! I am currently adjusting to my new schedule for the semester, so my mental energy has been rather low. I'm hoping it'll start picking up again soon!
