What it says on the tin- Referring to my last big update Bulletin, most of my OCS will be set to Authorized Only because they are all going through a revamp of their profile, galleries, etc- When an OC profile has finished revamped, or if I so feel like it- They will go public again.

Please use this Bulletin as a permanent place to request Authorization to see my OCS (you will be authed permanently whenever I need to set my OCS / profile to Authorized Only view) , thank you!

I should have typed this in my last Bulletin where I explained where I have been but I forgot to include this-

I am officially one year older now even though by the time my birthday happened (March 16th) , I was already on my sort of unannounced hiatus from Toyhou.se and never even made any announcement that it was my birthday on the day of March 16th 2024 so consider this a VERY late announcement- But yeah, my birthday has already passed for the record! 

Really sorry that I never even celebrated my birthday with you guys on Toyhou.se (I mainly did celebrate with family + on my Twitter / X (@VictoryDraws) ... But better late than never?

 I exist, I hope Toyhou.se hasn't forgotten about me? But I am indeed back, and I really don't want to make this another huge ass long rambling Bulletin so I am just going to explain where I have been, what has been going on, and all that good old jazz:

• WHY I WAS GONE FOR THESE FEW MONTHS: You may have noticed my last Bulletin post was in February- Sometimes really traumatic happened to me in late February (I don't want to talk about it, please do not ask. Ask and I will block you.) and after that thing happened, my mental health went down the fucking drain- On top of school piling up work on me and final exams are near now, I overall have not been having a lot of time to do digital art , make OCS or even work on my personal projects- Thus this explains why I kind of went on a unintentional hiatus from this site, I didn't even have the energy to make a formal announcement, and I am sorry for that.

I am also going to be changing the theme of my Toyhou.se and even give my profile code another revamp once again, I need a completely fresh start so to say- So hope you will still stick around for that!

• NEW "BETA TEST" COMMISSION OPTION OPEN: I recently have been doing these traditional art doodles with marker + pen and they are super easy and fun to do, and surprisingly when I asked people if they wanted to commission me for these- It became a huge hit on Twitter!

• SO LIKE WILL YOU BE ACTIVE IN FORUMS AGAIN?: I don't want to jump the gun + I am in the process of transferring everything I have on Toyhou.se to my personal Notion workspace , so it is likely that I will not be active in the Forums + for any Forum games I am running (I am sorry in advance for not responding to any messages ;;) , I will likely hand off moderating such threads (such as Draw A Sketchpage For The User Above You ) to more active users. Changing from my old username (VictoryDrawsManga) to the NEW "VictoryDrawsStuff" !

I am excited to have rebranded into a username that fits me better (thank you Toyhou.se for helping me decide on the new username <3) + is excited to do stuff since my commission queue is finally cleared up & that means I can focus on my real goal for 2024: Work on personal projects more, work on PBFP (Past Blazes Future Path) more and actually keep it going, and of course make more fanchildren and fanseries stuff! 

So this big Bulletin is going to detail what I am going to do with commissions from now on I still need to earn hot madams , commissioning 100+ artists by 2025, cool things like possible merch and shit and just general savings funds somehow and just general stuff I need to announce so lets get to it:

Pretty obvious news, all my socials are rebranded to "VictoryDrawsStuff" now, including all of the following (consider to follow me on these platforms as I am now out of my art hiatus & I am going to be posting art on these platforms now! <3)

Commission Status?

In a nutshell, only a very limited amount of options will remain open year round & I won't be closing them (HOWEVER they will have limited slots and will go under my slot cycle system where it goes: I open slots -> All slots filled -> I finish ALL slots -> Reopen Slots -> Repeat. I can reserve slots, but I am not doing a waitlist) and most other options will be closed for a long while, maybe for this entire year.

I AM ALSO GOING TO BE HAVING ALL MY ART COMMISSIONS INFORMATION ON THE ART COMMISSION PLATFORM ARTISTREE IN THE (near?) FUTURE!

I have always wanted to try having my commission information all in one place and do commissions via an art commission platform to hopefully make life easier for me and my clients 

(Though I will also still keep options open and clients can still order via the good old filling out a form , DMing / commenting on the thread , and pay via Paypal invoice- I might also consider having a Google Forms for more organization or just more various options for clients to choose from- 

My personal belief is that as an commission artist, various choices for clients to work with you with is good. I'll figure it out-)

Artistree is the platform I am choosing to start doing that! This will be a big part of my journey after learning all that I have learned in my first time taking commissions seriously in 2024, so hope you guys are looking forward to that! 

I am not sure when I will officially open commissions for full illustrations, custom character designs, PWYW Commissions , Style Imitation Cheebs / Emotes (and do emotes in my style?) , Minimal Colored Sketches , etc. If I do open them I will announce it, but all information will be going through the process of being moved on Artistree primarily as a priority! :D

AS OF NOW , the ONLY Commissions I will have open year round are my $5 Shitpost / Meme Drawover Commissions + Eclipse (Artist Duo between me + my best friend Lunesonthemoon) Collab Commissions.

(NOTE: Please do understand that as I am focusing on personal projects and my own stuff (after months, maybe a full year of not doing so) & is still a full time student regretting taking so many AP classes I might be slower with commissions from now on- So please be patient with me! <3)

When is Past Blazes Future Path / PBFP Going To Return- Other Personal Project Things?

Here is the thing- I don't really know when PBFP is going to return, but I am going to try and have it return sometime in March 2024 (AKA: The birthday month of PBFP and ME! March 16th will be my birthday + PBFP's 1 year anniversary!) 

I kind of crashed off the rails when it came to being a comic creator and making art for myself, been through a ton of crises and shit in 2023, 2024 kind of got off to a bad start- But I am going to try and get my foot back into the game and just kind of fuck around and find out, I don't know where to start but I am going to start somewhere, including just creating more fanchildren <3

I will announce when PBFP is going to come back and stuff when I am ready and figured everything out!

Aside from PBFP and making more fanchildren OCS as the CEO of Fanchildren OCSI might even make a Toyhou.se World for that, actually I might host an interest poll for that , I am also planning on doing more:

• (Premade) Adoptable designs (Maybe even in sets or do gacha adopts? Make more adopts is my goal LOL)
• F2E / non F2E (such as Twitter / X exclusive) raffle designs , 
• Try and do more fanart for fellow comic creators, games like Honkai Star Rail / Genshin Impact / Love And Deepspace / Ace Attorney aka my hyperfixations and just see where this will go!

I also am going to try and give my TH a revamp such as revamping my TOS for owning character designs of mine , revamping character stories / do profile codes, revamp folder codes, etc! So you might see some changes here on TH, I definitely need to do more work making my TH look nice code wise despite coding hard LOL-

For a few years now I have gone by the username "VictoryDrawsManga" as you all may know, but since my Discord account got hacked, the main person who was the inspiration behind my username rebranded completely, and I just feel like the username doesn't suit me (I don't really draw "manga" actually...)

So for my comeback era (I am coming back from (art posting) hiatus on my Twitter AND my Bluesky (fun fact: BLUESKY IS OPEN TO EVERYONE! Anyone can now join, no need for codes anymore so go join!) , I am going to be rebranding into a new username, it's not that big of a change but I feel like I need to go through an entire rebrand. 

But bearing good news, I GOT MY ENTIRE COMMISSION + OWED ART QUEUE FINISHED, so that is also a reason why I am considering a rebrand (will post a Bulletin + thread on my Twitter about where I am going with comms soon) ! Want to start off on a new sort of foot in my art journey as I figure out how to navigate commissions better, work on my fanseries stuff (especially PBFP) & more stuff! 

2024 may have started off pretty weird (January started off good, turned shitty at the end, February turned to shit with school and the Discord hacking debacle going on ) but I want to make this a good year.

(And also even though I am rebranding, I am still called Victory, still is a demigirl and my pronouns being She/They/Xe , my username is mostly remaining the same only I am taking out the "manga" part LOL)
