Let me start this Bulletin off by saying thank you.

Thank you to every commission client of mine, supporters, subs, PBFP fans, just people in general who have supported me- Stuck around, I am really thankful for every single one of you! I always say that I wouldn't be here, PBFP wouldn't be here, my art and myself would not be here if it wasn't for YOU and YOUR support! I really do appreciate it! <3

I also want to give a general update to my commission clients on my queue so far-

Let me just say that I did NOT expect to get so many clients, and I was NOT prepared to get so many clients- 

Now that does not mean that I am complaining! I am seriously so grateful, and I am thankful for so many clients. Thanks to all of you amazing commission clients, I got Wriolette in game (Genshin Impact), I have commissioned artists via Paypal and has learned how Paypal actually works (working to my goal of 100+ artists commissioned by 2025- That's a real goal!) , and I am on the path to get Huo Huo in game + support as many creatives as I can!

However, I do admit that I am learning. I have been learning how to do commissions and take them seriously- I have been experimenting, been adjusting, been learning- After all of this ordeal, I have learned a lot. And I simply ask my clients right now that you please be patient as I prioritize working on my queue, and that you can always DM me for updates anytime or check my Trello . 

I admit I have been very stressed thinking about my huge workload and having to deal with so many clients, so I ask that you please be patient! I am trying to take care of myself, my IRL matters (like school + part time job + family responsibilities) while taking on my queue.

Now that my individual commission options (PWYW , Cheebs, Sketches) are closed for the most part, I am prioritizing working on my queue and clearing the entire thing!

You can also contact me if you want to be on a waitlist for any individual commission option of mine. Next time they open, PWYW + Cheebs will have limited slots and the Sketch Commissions will be expanding on options (Bust + Halfbody + Thigh Up (?) and will be called "Minimal Color Sketches" from now on! • For Commission Clients + Owed Art People: My queue is large , it's larger than I ever anticipated which I am very thankful for all the commissions and support! Please keep it upI need funds for Huo Huo, Dr Ratio, Kafka, Ruan Mei and Blade rerun banners and Navia actually LMAO  and it has been an amazing experience working with all of you! Thanks to you all, I am on my path to my goal of 100+ artists commissioned by 2025 (So far 4/100 for progress) , I got Wriothesley and Neuvilette in Genshin Impact (achieved my reason to even play the game again LOL) and I have really learned a lot about doing commissions and evolving so much! But also due to this large queue, it will take me time to work on commissions. I have school, part time job on the weekends, and I am a bit too perfectionistic with commissions so I ask for you're patience and reminder that you can DM me ANYTIME for updates or check my Trello for progress, don't be afraid to reach out to me! PWYW + Cheebs Commissions CLOSING on November 12th (Sunday) + Round 4 (& beyond) changes:

My PWYW Commissions and Cheeb Commissions will be CLOSED this November 12th (in 3 days) . 

After both of these options are closed, nobody can make any orders for PWYW and/or Cheebs. I am going to focus on finishing up my current queue gained after everyone orders before November 12th and take a break from these in general!:

In Round 4 and beyond the following changes will be made:

• Prices will increase by $5 for BOTH options. Cheebs will be $10 each and PWYW will have a minimum required payment of $20.
• LIMITED SLOTS WILL BE A THING for both options and from any commissions I do from now on. 
• Complete abandonment of the voucher system as payment for all commissions.
• *Amount of slots are TBD, but you can DM me if interested in a slot reservation for Round 4 or Cheebs after they close November 12th and return on a TBD date!

Being on Artistree (Commission Platform) in the future for commission works (POLL ON BULLETIN):

You probably heard of Vgen, and likely knows what Kofi is. However for reasons (don't ask, I am not disclosing) I cannot get both of those platforms for now- However a mutual recently recommended me the platform https://artistree.io/ and told me all about it- And I genuinely like the platform!

As revamping my own commission site is too much of a daunting task (I am telling you, taking three AP classes in one year IS HELL. Plus I have a part time job on the weekends...)  and I really wanted to have a commission platform LIKE Vgen or Kofi - Artistree is what I am officially deciding to use for future commissions as an official platform and place for clients to order.

Finally just a general thing to say:

I know and is aware that it seems like I have strayed from my origins being on TH- I am using this site more to promote my commissions and business rather than the good old days of showing off my characters, stories, fankid stuff, etc. 

I am really sorry for this and I do admit I really, truly miss having time to make new characters- Code my TH, Code character profiles, participate in Forum Games, participate in Art Games- Hell even request free art on threads in the Art Freebies forum.

I am in a new era, I am in a "evolution era" where I am focusing on myself- Focusing on doing commissions for the first time with Paypal as my payment. Learning how to do business, work on said orders- Promoting and supporting others and most of all focus on school + my part time job that I have now.

Know that I will try to find time to return to my roots and bring you guys more art raffles, fanchildren OCS, OCS in general, new stories, more coding- I just need to find time for that, but it's not now- Maybe it won't be soon, I have given up on this wild year that is 2023.

Commission Thread - TH Ad - Twitter / X Post

Another poll but I have been considering this a lot as of late for my very much open PWYW Commissions + Cheeb Commission and since I have been wanting to commission artists (especially those who need help / emergency comms) to start on my long term goal of commissioning 100+ artists by 2025...

I also have been feeling like I am severely underpricing myself. Sure, my commissions are MEANT to be affordable. Meant to be cheap, meant to be perfect for a budget while I experiment with my art and also how to proceed with commissions. 

It's all extra money for me, and I don't use it as my base income...Perhaps I don't deserve the money but I am starting to believe that my time working on comms and how much I am being paid is not...Not satisfactory towards me, and also I feel like perhaps I deserve to increase said prices.

I listed the reasons below from my Twitter / X Thread (with a poll as well) talking about the matter as well:

So help me out and vote via the poll (it is anon!) - Should I go ahead with this price increase for my commissions as wrong as it feels to me, starting in the next Round 4?

Please be honest as I am extremely nervous that this WILL deter away clients, speaking as both a commission artist and client. But I really feel like I need to start having limited slots + increase my commission prices a bit.

Maybe this is literally the dumbest question I can ask but lately working on my (still open!) PWYW Commissions + Cheeb Commission orders under unlimited slots has been getting stressful since I really did not expect such a high demand & my sense of time has been fucked lately so...Yeah that's something as well.

So I ask via the poll- Should I consider having a limited slot system? I know they exist, I have seen friends, artists I have commissioned, artists I admire, so many people have limited slots for their commissions and yet for some reason my thoughts say "having a slot system will deter clients and you won't be earning much money!"

I was thinking the limited slots system goes something like this:

1. Limited comm slots gets filled up. Commissions close for a bit until I get all the comms in the slots done. (This will define a "Round" now)

2. Down period time where I get my bearings, work on personal projects (hey fun fact PBFP is coming back in 2024, I swear I will be COOKING STUFF FOR IT)  , a little break.

3. Break time is over, reopen the slots.

4. Repeat.

So please answer via the poll, should I have a limited slot systems for my current + any future commissions? Thank you! (POLL IS ANON)

The 3 Day Raffle of Toyhou.se didn't do as well as I hoped it would, as the goal of the raffle is mainly to promote my commissions like PWYW Commissions + Cheeb Commissions (both are open if you want to consider to commission me)

I haven't been feeling the best as of recently- Due to stuff that happened this week I am feeling rather emotionally unstable and I really don't want to burden myself with extra owed art that causes extra stress , so I am sorry for being rather selfish and canceling the raffle just because it flopped so bad.
