These characters are free via WTA or purchase
For the WTA you must follow these steps to aquire the character. If you do not follow all the steps you will not get the character. I dont do second chances to get the character so please make sure YOU READ IT ALL
Firstly a few rules.
All characters recived via free from me CAN be traded but NOT SOLD unless you have purchased art for the character
you may one have ONE freebie a month (30 days) from this folder. If you come on a second account to get a character you will be blocked, if you have a friend snag a character for you, you and them will be blocked. Just follow the rules.

To get a free character:
1. Favorite one of these characters

2. Be a subscriber to my account. i do give aways a lot in my bulletins!
3. In the characters comments, tell me why you want the character. Do not be simple and say 'i like the colors, its pretty, idk' be creative and tell me why you want the character. I will not give the characters to poeple who just want them because they're high quality and free.
I have the right to send the character to anyone i choose. If you do not get a character i will let you know if its been taken already or if you missed a step.
