Nero's Neighborhood

A small neighborhood starting at the top of a hill and sloping down into a cul-de-sac, things are quiet among the people here.

Highlights
✭Top of the hill is home to the giant black old house belonging to Nero Graves.  Neighbors avoid the lawn as much as possible, and kids are warned about getting too close.
✭Home to the Harras's Floral Services, a florist shop specializing in funeral floral arrangements.  It is located at the back of the local cemetery, found next to Nero's house.
✭A small second-hand shop called Nero & Cornelia's is located towards the bottom of the hill.  Despite fear of Nero's home, people drift in and out, looking for treasures for a good deal.
✭There's a bus stop for kids halfway down the hill.
✭A five minute walk from the neighborhood brings one to a small ledge overlooking a close by pond.  A single giant tree stands at the top, and a lone tire swing hangs from the biggest bough.
