Tier 4

Those categorized as Tier 4 are the newbies to the organization. These are agents who have gone through their training and been made official members by Vic, but are those who are still a little green and are given easier and often shorter missions than the others. The newbies are often considered to be 'children' by those of higher Tiers, even those of Tier 3, and are often tested by them to 'prove themselves'. Often times these tests prove to the benefit of those in Tier 4 - giving them more experience in dealing with situations as well as building raport among the higher tiered agents helping them in getting stronger as well as moving up. Unfortunately, they also experience quite a bit of 'hazing'.
