Cute kid, good kid, he just hopes she doesn't get herself into too much trouble...
That’s dad’s friend!! I love pops, he’s funny!! He’s like a really really really really really old uncle!!
Frankly doesn't know her too well, but who is he to deny to find what you love and let it drown you? Is that not what this is?
An acolyte who seems to understand exactly how I feel, we truly understand each other
"Ah... Is there a problem here...? I'd say she's doing fine work, helping people." Genuinely cannot tell that the Good Mother is running a whole cult.
At least this one understands there’s nothing wrong with my establishment. The law is his jurisdiction after all
Very cool kid, but let’s try not to instigate the kid that can summon a sword, yeah?
"Agree to disagree, no such thing as too much of a good thing!"
"As they say, things are better in moderation haha."
Slightly afraid of this one, but tries to be friendly and tolerate them like the other proxies.
He doesn't endorse or support Lawmaker's beliefs or methods of "justice," be he can respect someone with a strong moral code (even if that moral code has the stability of a pool noodle and bends to whatever Law Maker feels.
He'd like to get coffee sometime with him if he had a free day.
Haha- heyyyyyy buddy. Want me to lend you a hand? (sibling. violent violent sibling relationship)
Go ahead, don't worry, I'll keep an eye out. (the best horrible siblings)
Deerstalker doesn’t particularly care for Goose. Hasn’t been able to care much about anything since… *that* was taken from. But that want to reclaim what they had lost still lingers- and to them, I suppose a replacement will do just fine.
....Uncomfortable. Plotting something.
It's not new but it feels fresh, with just learning to move through the emotions he caused them to be ripped from. Stupid pristine bitch, hope you like mud on your table when I kick up my gross ass boots on it. (DIVORCED DIVORCED DIVORCED)
...He's very certain that he was the one that dragged the both of them to their current fates. A constant reminder of his first huge mistake in this godforsaken game, The Bandit is an additional reason The King never leaves his castle. Knowing all too well that this could have surely been avoided, what Goose said before proving that, he's sure of it. He understands the resentment, and resigns to it. Remaining on his ebony throne for as long as his existence allows, until outside forces hopefully interfere at least.
"Hey, look, sorry I was a huge asshole at first. I know it cant really make up, but I guess I was just a little... Err... Jealous...? Cause... You... You got a hang of everything really fast and.. And you seem to have... So much to go back to..." "I guess cause of you and Elle... I'm actually looking forward to getting out of here...? Ah... That's actually kind of sappy ignore that-" "Maybe... Maybe if I wasn't such an idiot... We could've been friends sooner...?" "Aha, uh, anyways, see ya!"
[...The very first friend I betrayed here.] The very first player he encountered here, who honestly gave him a bit of a crummy first impression. Antagonist little thief! He'll show them...Certainly gave eachother an enemies to rivals to friends arc for the first half, with their third party member Chanterelle forcing them to soften their back and forth retorts. They actually did start to get along eventually, understanding a bit better of their situations and cooperated more in situations. Maybe if he didn't end up doing what he did, things would have been different...
Unfortunately, reminds Ori a lot of himself, in a way. There's a big difference between them though. In an ironic twist, Ori considers them better than him because of that.
Another obstacle in their heist. You just don’t understand- this isn’t a fight they can afford to lose. They don’t. want. your pity. (Does it ring familiar, little Ori?)
He won't! ...When Nala is looking that is.
Nala draws the line at drinking directly from the pot DO NOT do that. Heathen. (Yeah, Ori can be real thickheaded, that’s for sure. But Nala can’t help but see a bit of their past self in him. ...The only problem with burning bridges like that is that you’ll be left with no one to catch you when you inevitably fall.)
....This trust in him, it's... Misplaced. He knows that... He KNOWS that. Ori will screw it all up eventually, and that trust Ava has will shatter. But, maybe.... Maybe he, can trust her too.
He’s an idiot, and a criminal... but he cares about people when it counts. She hopes… She hopes she can keep counting on him, in the future.
(Please...Catch me when I fall.)
"Thanks for letting me stay, Di"
One of the few people from the hotel incident he kept in contact with.
He's still hesitant to fully open up to her but appreciates her kindness and company.
A misguided, but nice fellow. A bit prickly around the edges but Gino likes to think there's some softness underneath that layer.
