Yarrow, in his current state of being 15 years old and living in Inkopolis, often references his strained past and his current goal of finding and exacting revenge on his old classmate, Fuyuko. This writing is a look into what happened to him underground that made him develop the personality he has now.
The title is somewhat of a pun on the name I use for Yarrow in more realistic AU Settings, Nokogirisou ( 鋸草 ). It literally means the yarrow plant but is also a homonym for 残る (noko, to abandon) - 義理 (giri, sense of duty) - 沿う (sou, to live up to an expectation) which is relevant for this.
