SO I really really want to get back into roleplaying. There are a few people that I have like kind of stuff plotted for, but nothing solid?? Yet??

If you are not comfortable with me shipping anyone with someone else (regardless of whether or not it follows the same universe or timeline or anything), PLEASE do not ask to ship with me. I am not changing this, although on VERY rare occassions, I will have a monoship. This is only in extreme cases for personal reasons.

You have a super elaborate dream and you now feel compelled to write a story about it.

Something about interdemension travelling and falling in love, but something happening to close off the portal thingy (its not even a portal idek)

Shitty dads were involved, fireworks, men in robots? Wedding dresses? Shaman like older women. Connecting with the spirits of the dead. TACO BELL? Very crazy dream, but very interesting.

Definitely something I want to explore with my ocs now.

Finally got around to typing out my plot lines for my main universe! Thought I'd post it here for easy access and in case anyone was curious shrugs

Basic plot:

Remedy is the name of a small cafe in a bustling college town. Not only is it a great hang out for college kids to meet up, study, and grab a bite to eat, but it also hosts live music and various forms of entertainment like poetry and stand up. It is also a safe haven for oppressed groups to feel welcome. It is a Safe Place, with a hidden area for people to live in temporarily, but sometimes permanently, to escape abuse.

Main Cast:

Lavi: Owner of Remedy. Main barista.
Reita: Musician, frequent customer. Bassist, scared to sing. Secretly abused (future resident)
Vortex (vocals), Grimm (guitar), Berlin (guitar 2) and Raven(drums) also in his group.
Vortex: energetic, outgoing, but a bit abrasive. Lavi isn’t terribly fond of him (has graffitied his bathroom walls)
Grimm: Giant asshole. Abusive, snarky.
Berlin: Quiet, but witty. Has a sharp tongue and loves competition.
Raven: Also quiet, but is very sweet overall. Tough guy is appearance only.
Beta: abuse survivor, despite the longterm effects. Lavi takes personal care of him
Kai: frequent customer. Silent type, but enjoys intellectual conversations with Lavi.
Lightning: over-energetic frequent customer. Bothers Lavi incessantly
Glitch: Freq customer. Sporadic resident. In and out of abusive relationships. Technician for the equipment, also plays electronica on music nights. Information broker.
Aoi: freq customer. Brings flowers to decorate. Live in assistant/counselor.

I've noticed a bit of a trend lately with having ocs that have multiple forms. I think the idea is super cute because its fun to see how a design looks on different species.

Does it seem copy-catty to have an oc with the same idea?
Do you think its weird to have so many forms of the same character, especially closed species?

I've been debating about doing it myself, but I'm also not sure. I also wouldn't know which oc to do it for. I was thinking Ruki, but his design might be a bit difficult to transfer to other species??
Is there anyone else you'd like to see as another species? I feel like he's one that would be easiest but wehhh idk I cry

I got everyone that I wanted uploaded up. I have a bunch more characters, but I don't know the artists for a lot of them, or they don't have names, extra art, personalities, or plots, so idk if I want them up pfffft.

I might upload them at some point but idk I have no motivation to upload characters I haven't used nor have much of a desire to. I've been trying to purge a bunch of them, but I haven't gotten many art or design offers that are appealing. Perhaps one day, or maybe I'll finally find somewhere I can put them in a story!

I have at least one more design on the way that is being made, and I'm sure I'll make/buy/get more along the way. I'm debating about uploading my old sona, but there is a fuck ton of art and idk if I want to deal with that. Buuuut I might eventually. WEH. Motivation. Where you at bruh.

At least I got my profile to look prettier. I wish I could figure out how to feature an adopt, but that might be reserved for features on the front page idk
