the concept of avatar makers/dollmakers as a whole is not bad, and hell, i use them pretty frequently, though not to the extent i used to

i just dont like the ones from picrew specifically because theyre very limited, they don't have many options and there isnt much that you can do with them at all in terms of colors. theres plenty of other options out there man. sure the art is good but theyre so limited. you got other stuff, charat, or recolor, or gaia, or dreamselfy! come on man

im not against dollmakers as a whole. im jussayin. there are better options than picrew.

take this as an official announcement that im gonna go through and completely rewrite tales of windsong. like, from the ground up. i'm gonna keep the harmonia temple, windsong, titanim, and the shattered vale, and i'm going to scrap khautagozd, the bladewood grove, and MAYBE the mirror sands (though i'm not quite sure about that one yet), and shuffle around the characters from those locations to other universes or toss them in the chopping block to figure out what to do with them later. everything that's currently in the world info is probably staying right as it is since that's the only remotely up-to-date thing about tow right now but everything else...hoo boy...

anyway im considering changing my characters' bio template AGAIN and im dying slowly bc i swear to god i will never ever get done updating my characters' bios. i keep finding a new template i like, applying it, getting about a fifth or so of the way in, and then finding another new template i like and wanting to use that. i will never be finished bc im so got dam indecisive
