The establishment is divided into multiple sections: the Fruity Smoothies, the Frozen Delights, the Coffee Shoppe, the Tea Corner and Open Tea Garden. One can also buy various flavored milk, sold in both glass bottles and cartons, at the front desk. After hours, the Midnight Pub offers milky alcohol, tasty comfort food and a fun filled ambiance.

The Milqilin are a widely recognized crowd-pleaser, and customers will travel far and wide just to be served by their favorite waitress. They are the equivalent of small time idols, who's popularity has earned them quite a number of fans. Non Milqilin staff is also hired to assist with tasks from behind the scenes.
