Valencia is first and foremost unapologetically herself. If she were to make a bad impression, she would simply tell herself to give it her all and “win ‘em over next time!". Despite being rough around the edges, part of her charm comes from her signature grin and sunny disposition. As cheerful as she presents, Valencia finds it hardest to smile when no one is around to keep her company.
People tend to label her as eccentric on account of the odd situations that she (continuously) finds herself in (her solutions are even weirder). Often times, these predicaments are a result of her eagerness to help. She tries to take in stride whatever comes her way, but is usually panicking on the inside.

Those who have visited on multiple occasions are assured that they are more than just a face in the crowd: Valencia will always remember their name and their story. In fact, her favourite part of the job is getting to converse with all of her customers. One can tell that she is enjoying herself by the way her eyes will sparkle with interest (or when someone thinks she’s really cool!!).

Val, like many other’s, felt enamoured by Josie’s Beauty. Although she was not the type of person who believed in love at first sight, she could not deny that there was an instant attraction. Whenever she caught a glimpse of Josie, her heart raced as if it would explode! She felt the same way as she stumbled over her words whenever they first spoke. Just a smile from the girl of her dreams could turn her into quote: 'soft mush'. The sunny Milqilin felt at ease once she realized that Josie was a kindred spirit: an oddball just like she! Needless to say, she only fell harder.

Topi Long-Lost Cousin
Val and Topi reconnected after he showed up unannounced on her doorstep. It left her confused, since they had not seen one another in years. Admittedly, she had been feeling lonely the months prior to his arrival, and decided a bit of company couldn't hurt. Val spent the first week wondering if she'd regret this decision (Topi was not tidiest of roomies!), but after some ground rules were set, she realized it was fate: life felt livelier with Topi in it.

There seems to be constant misunderstandings (of a… compromising nature) whenever Val runs into Fior. It is of no help to Val’s vivid imagination that Fior does not feel the need to explain herself (The sunny Milqilin wonders if she enjoys this…). Despite the awkwardness that may occur, Val attempts to be a bridge between Fior and other members of the Milky Way. No co-worker of hers will be left out of social gatherings (not if she has any say in it!).
