I'm not updated with deviantart news, so I had to find out the new changes first hand. I also found images compressed and dropped in quality
(frustrating and unluckily for me that the compressed image was for a slightly important thing)

This is so sad because I really loved how stash works, it was just so easy to toss, rearrange, and grab links, plus the links are short. I was just hoping the burning trashfire that is deviantart would forget about it and not touch it with their grimy hands but alas..

If anyone would share with me what image hosting and private link sharing sites you use i'd really appreciate it!
I'm aware of:
google drive (+privacy settings, folders, drag and drop, any kind of file -extremely long links, limited space)
imgur (+short links, image captions -single file format for browsing.) I never had an account so I'm not sure if it has drag and drop folders, and I'm not sure if imgur compresses images
toyhouse (+privacy settings with keys, individual image privacy settings, character and image captions -troublesome to upload, might be confusing to the artist when you're comming a non english-speaking artist)

in the meantime, time to slowly clean out the mess that is my google drive :despair:

I've been back and forthing between drawing, trying to draw, merch stuff (argh), and solving my family's problems that the stuff I've been planning to upload all stacked up in a pile... 

a lot of it is commissions and/or old old drawings I keep finding and going "omg this was nice why isn't it uploaded" *puts it aside* *puts it aside* *puts it aside* *puts it aside*    So I'm going to start uploading them soon before I stack even more and start forgetting

Recently sorta (long story) got diagnosed with carpal tunnel and I really need advice on some things

1. Wrist braces
I got really conflicting advice online on whether I should wear a wrist brace or not… I have a soft one that barely does anything as I still can move my hand around casually with it. So I bought a new stiffer one, but it hurts when I keep it on! I like it being sturdy but wow it can hurt. I’m really not sure what I should do as some sites say wrist braces can make things worse.

2. Pain relief
I was prescribed some pain relief by the doctor and I’m a bit anxious to take them because I’m worried that I will not be able to tell I’m doing something wrong if I can’t feel it… I know this is a bid ridiculous but ahhh 

My affected wrist is the left one so i can still do things just avoid using my left, but man the discomfort is so unbearable sometimes.. but I can’t just stop doing everything cold. 

Any advice is appreciated 🥺… thank you for reading
