Evil Dot Org made its debut as an early internet forum where supervillains can chat with one another. Years later it's become one of the world's leading employment agencies. The agency employs thousands of people worldwide and works alongside Heroes United, a superhero employment agency, to assign rival match ups between villains and heroes. Governments are being bought out and lobbied by the agencies and so the two are free to wreck as much havoc by extension of their employees as they please.
