Q. How long can I keep a character on hold for?

I used to be more lenient with my hold limits, but now I would prefer things are kept under 2 months. I'll contact you if the character has been on hold for long enough that I may revoke the hold; however, if I don't get a response, the hold will be revoked automatically.
