By purchasing one of my layouts, you agree to the following terms:
Code Usage and Redistribution
I.
Do not steal, claim, copy, or redistribute my codes.
II.
P2U (Pay-to-Use) codes are for individual use only. Redistribution of paid codes to multiple people is not allowed.
III.
You may edit the codes or have someone else edit them for you, but credits must remain visible and unaltered. You can adjust the colors to fit your template, but the credit must still be recognizable as the original.
Installation and Support

Code installation is the customer’s responsibility. There are specific forums and resources available to learn how to install both free and premium codes. Additionally, I provide helpful information in the F.A.Q. channel on my Customer Support discord. Please review these resources before reaching out.
V.
I do not offer individual coding lessons or installation support due to limited free time.
Purchasing and Refunds

All purchases are final. Digital products cannot be refunded once downloaded. Please double-check your purchase to avoid buying the wrong layout or duplicate codes.
VII.
Before purchasing, carefully review the Toyhou.se and Ko-fi listings to confirm whether the code is available for free users or restricted to premium users. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility.
Code Appearance and Compatibility

The appearance of codes may vary depending on:
- Screen size/resolution
- Browser type
- Operating system (Windows/MAC)
Editing and Bugs

If you edit the original code and encounter issues, I cannot provide support. A basic to advanced understanding of HTML and CSS is necessary for editing, especially for structural or complex changes.

Support is only provided for existing bugs in the original code that are widely reported and confirmed. If the original layout works but your edited version does not, I cannot assist in fixing it.
Premium Code Considerations

Premium codes use CSS and will inherently affect other HTML templates on Toyhou.se. This is because customizing default Toyhou.se elements requires overriding their design. If you use another user’s HTML template alongside a premium code, the design may change. Please consider this before purchasing if you plan to use only the CSS.
